MATEK Matek, if it is really true that Angolan troops are back in DR Congo
(They share with it, Bakongo tribe), then there is no doubt that Rwanda will
reinforce Nkunda rebels if it hasn’t yet done so and for a balance of power, we
shall also support other rebels.

Angolan troops reported in DRC
African leaders meeting in the Kenyan capital Nairobi have criticised United
Nations peacekeepers stationed in the Democratic Republic of Congo for failing
to protect civilian lives. The accusations follow last week's massacre in the
village of Kiwanja . The UN has acknowledged that war crimes may have taken
place, but rejected allegations that its forces could have done more. The
organisation has about 1,700 peacekeepers, equipped with a robust mandate
allowing the use of force, in Congo.Tutsi rebel leader Laurent Nkunda, whose
fighters have been clashing with government forces in the eastern province of
North Kivu , has called for a ceasefire. Violence continues in Goma, amid
repeated reports that Angolan troops have entered the conflict region. Hundreds
of thousands of people have fled the violence.
