What school system are you and Joyce Nabukera comparing with the Ugandan school system? Where is "here"? If you yourself are in the USA, Joyce Nabukera will have to visit more than your place. We have 50+ states with public school systems without even considering the private ones and nowadays, those in cyberspace. Some parents are no longer taking their children to public land schools. They school their chilren using Internet lisenced schools. What exactly is Joyce Nabukera looking for in her comprisons. Can we be of any assistence?
