If you went to Northern Uganda and took out 66,000 children, you would affect the region massively. And this is what I need politicians that oppose Musevenis government, as Norbert Mao to clarify. Has North lost 66,000 children? If the answer to that question is yes, how did Konny move all of them without being detected? 66,000 people are too much to be moved. How does he maintain them? It is not easy to feed treat let alone find a room and board for 66,000 people in oblivion. Now Mao stated in his piece this morning my time, that Konnys fight is in Democratic Republic of Congo, in Central African Republic and in Chad. Now that we know his movements, how does he move all of them through all these regions and still fail to be detected? Can you really own 66,000 kids and move them from country to country without being detected? And why do we heave an age stagnation, for I wonder why Konny does not age and the 66,000 children always remain children, I mean we have been on this Konny kidnapping the children before Dr Kiiza Besigye left the government. So this was way before FDC was created as a political party. Why no one ever grows up? Now note also this sentence that Chair man Mao has stated for it is very telling on the problem w ehave in Great Lakes and this is a direct quote from Mao. The guns are silent but the war is not over! Also the rain has moved to Congo, Chad and Central African Republic. In short the big players France, US, Britain have their stakes in the ground and the regional governments adjusting their sails to take advantage of the winds blowing in the region.
