Honestly if a Police officer beats up a reporter in this city and the chief offers a cow to the journalists he does not wait for that to be reported in a paper, he fires himself and walks himself to a nearest jail before a judge tells him how long he will stay. That is how a system must work. You see by eating that cow you lowered your standard that next time his men beat you up Kayihura is going to give you a firkin Rabbit. These are not police officers that only beat up journalists, they kill them too, Higenyi was shot and killed on Kampala road wasn't he a journalist?
