If Mike Mukula ever decides to go for the Uganda presidency, we will go
after him as we are going after Dr. Kiiza Besigye. So he needs to keep that
at the back of his mind in whatever political decision he contemplates.
And no that is not an April 1st gimmick

Hope he drops by in Massachusetts and talk to us. Still grumbling with his
refunding monies and denying corruption charges at the same time, this is a
very big obstruction to his presidential aspirations but with time and the

Subject: {UAH} Constitution -changer- wanabe gets his passport back
Former Health Minister Mike Mukula has received back his passport.
The passport was deposited in court eight years ago as one of the
conditions for bail during the case of embezzlement of GAVI funds.
The High Court has accepted to give Mukula his passport to enable him take
his wife abroad for medical attention.
He has however been directed to deposit back the travel documents when he
returns.
