Friends There is so much money in Great Lakes man we need to go home and simply tap into it. What am I doing here? Geez !!!!!!! We are born in a generation where you will never make money if you stand by principles. I mean look the entire fracas we have in Uganda, Sam Kutesa is protected in UAH, Ssabassajja that screws minors has his sex life declared private when we are even asking for Obama's birth certificate. Today Ssabassajja has a kid we are told that the does not even know the mother for the pregnancy was a result of a one night stand. Ssabasajja Mutebi has more money than all of us as Uganda immigrants in North America combined. Dr Kiiza Besigye that wrote some of the worst policies in our country drives only 4X4s when I cannot even manage an F firkin 150. Salim Saleh that created most of the graves we have in Lake Katwe, is one of the Ugandans that walk to Bank of Uganda and take money on non-account basis. Now allow me to expand on this phenomenon for this is the second time I am raising the issue of Salim Saleh being able to get money from non-account basis in this forum.
All paper money Ugandans use is manufactured in Ottawa, and it comes to Kampala by boxes to Bank of Uganda. Bank of Uganda stores that money into its general storage, the last time I ended following it was under the Church of Uganda building or the Bata building if it is still there, I am talking about the buildings straight across Bank of Uganda, you see there is a tunnel from the Bank of Uganda complex that crosses Kampala road to the basements of these buildings. That is where the storage of Bank of Uganda is located and all new moneys printed to be used by Ugandans is stored in that location. I have been privileged to go there and stood into it. Before Anne Mugisha and Suleiman Kigundu sold off Uganda Commercial Bank, the people's bank, Commercial bank was the only entity created into Uganda to pay all civil servants. So the system was very easy, Commercial banks knows how many civil servants it is going to pay and it sends its bill to Bank of Uganda. Bank of Uganda in return gets boxes of new money from its vault under the church of Uganda underground and it sends it to Commercial bank to pay the national civil servants. Commercial bank was also empowered to pull all old notes in the country and send them to Bank of Uganda to be destroyed. And kids that did that destruction, always died firkin rich. That is how notes were structured to get into society, new notes to come to circulation for civil servants are paid and old ones to go back for destruction for UCB has declared them too old to be used. The notes that Bank of Uganda sends to UCB are new notes and their serial numbers are not in circulation yet. Now that Anne Mugisha and Suleiman Kigundu sold UCB and Kenya Commercial Bank is running the commercial bank sector in Uganda I cannot tell you who gets this money, but I will never be surprised if Bank of Uganda releases new notes to circulation through KCB as we speak. Kindly allow me to emphasize that in all Uganda government operations that I have been privileged to know and follow, there is no Ugandan, no company, no government institution, no international organization, no foreign embassy has an ability to get money out of Bank of Uganda for that money is not included into the money we have in circulation, and has not yet been incorporated. But when the Movement came to power, under the president's directives, some very few individuals were cleared to have an ability to drive to Bank of Uganda and get some stalks of money under the Church of Uganda storage. Let me clarify. All Uganda notes you see in circulation are out there for you get them for you have worked for them. A good trade a good spending, a good salary after a good work. So you offer or you are offered that money for a piece of good work you have directly or indirectly done. And you might be a medical doctor or a prostitute but either way you get it for you have worked for it or crooked your brain to society to get it. And getting it means you have served some source of service and you are being reimbursed for that very same service. The money in Bank of Uganda storage is not under that category, it comes into the country to be used as a currency. The president can use it to cover international economic crisis to defend the shilling or we use it in exchange to old and destroyed notes in circulation. So you do not need to work to invest to do anything to get it. Among those very few selected to be allowed by the president of Uganda today to get that un worked for money is Salim Saleh. So Salim Saleh has the ability to drive to Bank of Uganda and he goes down the tunnel under Church of Uganda building and get a box or boxes of new Uganda notes as he needs. And when he spends it, the numerical numbers he has taken start to be recognized as valuable notes in Uganda currency in circulation. Now you tell me why anyone should remain in diaspora when all moneys from idiots destroying the very future of their children are living this good !! I am humbly submitting to you today the name of Salim Saleh as one of the very few Ugandans that simply do not know their worth.
