Yes they can loot and bank it in Swiss accounts for Ugandans simply do not
care. Just yesterday Ssalongo Ssenoga complained about corruption and I
raised several things that Ugandans must start to do. We need to go after
their accounts we need to go after the lending institution to let it know
that if Museveni leaves office we are not responsible at all for his debts.
Ssalongo Ssenoga refused to take the pill and thus no Ugandans responded to
that suggestion that has been done by very many countries. The world Bank is
at war with Egypt as we speak today they are asking it to show what their
money was used to benefit the local Egyptian or they are not getting paid.
Look Ugandans are only good at bleating. Corruption corruption corruption
but if you actually drive that money out of Uganda you remain safe to death.
So if you are in power today scoop as much as you want for no one is going
to go after you. And those same Ugandans are going to work their behinds off
and pay the loan you have taken.
This is a large forum read by very many people that I will be very surprised
if World Bank does not read it. But what is the stand of Ugandans on
corruption? Nothing for they fear to talk when Ssabassajja too eats and
claps hands when the looted check shows up. But look further, doesnt it
worry you that on the number of Ugandans we have both in Sweden and UK, up
to today we have failed to seize the properties Museveni and his families
have in both countries? The people that bleat the most about Musevenis
corruption are in UK and Sweden. What are the addresses of Musevenis
properties in Stockholm Sweden and Knights Bridge in UK?
Post the addresses and photographs of those properties there are those of us
that are willing to go after them than simply bleating corruption. Geez
!!!!

They have this money. Ugandan million is nothing to arrest somebody with
her family/political background or connections. $1000 = shs.2.5M
So you can really see that this is a faked up story........!

IN DEBT: Nina Mbabazi owes Jincheng Shs 164.6m
The High Court in Kampala has issued a warrant of arrest for Lenina
Kemigisha Mbabazi , daughter of Prime Minister Amama Mbabazis.
The Observer has learnt that Ms Mbabazi is accused of failing to pay a Shs
164.6m debt she owes Jincheng International Trading Limited (JITL), a
Kampala-based Chinese company.
Kemigisha purchased motorcycles worth Shs 627.9m from JITL in 2009, making a
down payment that left a balance of Shs 233.6m. When she did not pay this
amount as per the agreed terms, Ding Toa, JITLs managing director, through
his lawyers, filed a summary (direct) suit in the Commercial Division of the
High Court, seeking an order to force Kemigisha to pay the said debt.
When a process server, Moses Mubiru, failed to locate Kemigisha, he decided
to notify her through the Red Pepper edition of March 5, 2010. Kemigisha
appeared in court, but initially alleged that she was not culpable, because
she procured the motorcycles on behalf of her company, Star Fish Limited
(SFL), and not as an individual. However, in December 2010, Kemigisha
changed her mind and entered into a consent judgment in which she agreed to
pay the money in monthly installments of Shs 23m, starting January 31, 2011.
According to documents The Observer has seen, Kemigisha only paid three
consecutive installments of Shs 23m in February, March and April 2011.
Following an application by Abdullah Kiwanuka of Lukwago and Company
Advocates on behalf of Tao, High Court, on June 5, 2012, issued a warrant of
arrest in execution against, among others, Kemigisha for failure to pay the
debt in question.
This is to command you to arrest the said Lenina Kemigisha Mbabazi unless
the said judgment debt of Shs 164,692,000 is paid to you and the costs of
executing the process, the Registrar in charge of execution wrote, adding:
You are further commanded to return this warrant on the fifth day of July
2012 with an endorsement certifying the day of which and manner in which it
has been executed or the reason why it has not been executed.
We have since learnt that, fearing that Kemigisha might try to sneak out of
the country, Taos lawyer, Kiwanuka, on June 18, notified the heads of
mission of four countries the United States, France, Britain and the
Federal Republic of Germany to which court bailiffs suspected she might
try to flee. Moses Mubiru, one of the court bailiffs that are hunting for
Kemigisha, told The Observer yesterday that they had so far failed to arrest
her because of the body guards that move with her everywhere.
We are, however, trying our best to arrest her before the warrant expires.
On several occasions, she has ignored our efforts to negotiate with her,
Mubiru said.
Yesterday, Kemigishas lawyer, Severino Twinobusingye from Mugisha and
Company Advocates, told The Observer last evening that they were not aware
of any arrest warrant against their client or about the notifications to
foreign missions.
As far as were concerned, that matter is still before court and we have,
today, filed another matter between our client and the said company. Were
not aware of the arrest warrant against our client and we have not seen the
purported letters to the ambassadors. That cannot happen; our client is
around and she has no reason to run out of the country, Twinobusingye said.
According to copies of court documents The Observer has seen, Kemigisha
entered into an oral contract with JITL to purchase the motorcycles, which
she duly received at the companys offices in Mbuya, Nakawa division, and
acknowledged with her own signature.
