Paul Mugerwa That is a troubling question for it fails to address what some of us are trying to push here. When you wake up in the morning to go to work you do so to be alive and to live a descent life. Every single thing you do as soon as you start to walk at age 2 is to make sure you live a descent life. Bidandi Ssali is an intelligent man that I have honestly been with on several times, he has bought more land surrounding Kampala than any man I know, all way from Bukoto to Kyaliwajjala to the back of Ntinda housing, a land he one time took me to tour. So he cares about having a stable income as a future stable life of his family. But with all due honesty with in that intelligence he masters, what has he always been thinking when he sees Mulago hospital as an eye sore in Kampala? It is as silly as politicians that refuse to clean up the Luzira prison when they are in power yet they know that they are going to end into the very same institution. Clean it up for that is going to be your future home and for ages. I know a politician I used to bother every day about the death sentence in Uganda that we need to remove it, I one day go to Uganda and he was sitting in Luzira on a death sentence. You had the ability to change this law and you never thought about it for you thought it only affects the pezanti and not you.
We need to start to wake up and deny these thieves a right to go and die in South Africa, let alone going to Germany and London to puke babies. When we fail to do that we are going to lose a whole lot of lives un necessarily. And it all starts with Wafula Oguttu sitting in parliament and he does not care about Uganda medical system, now the question becomes, does Oguttu neglect Uganda medical system for he is a terrible politician or for he has a heap of money and he has a Doctor on call in Johannesburg? Which is which? What intelligent man honestily ships his wife to South Africa when sick? Oh and to you that sent me a one liner of my timing on Wafula Oguttu is very wrong, let me respond to that too. Wafula Oguttu is an MP that refused to care about the situation of our medical systems in Uganda as they crumble. He had a right to set the timing of discussing it, by using his position in Uganda government and he refused to use that time. As children are tied on trees with nodding disease he was pilling up money into God damn banks. The moment you are handed the authority to set up national issues and you fail to use that time, the onus becomes of Ugandans to pick and choose when to do what should have been your job as a governor. And I have decided to use this time for he lost that option, give me a God damn break !!!!!
