When Dr Kiiza Besigye was still in Uganda government, he had a doctor in
Germany and every time he fell sick he would be flown for treatment. Dr
Kiiza Besigye left The Movement and created a sub Movement party. Did he now
start to push for a change in the medical sector? The answer is no what he
did was to change from a cheap Germany doctor to a high end American doctor,
these days when he falls sick he flies to United States.

To rebuild Uganda we should not penalise those who have been in the NRM
administration and allowed hospitals, schools and roads to decay. If they
are murderers we should not copy what they do. If they are dictators we
should give chance to democracy. Those who abandon the secterian infected
NRM and regret the short comings of that party ought to share the question
why NRM is under fire from all directions. Bidandi treatment outside Uganda
will sharpen his urge to better Mulago and other hospitals at home. Was
NRM's mission to capture government in 1986 to export (ailing) patients?

I agree with Edward Mulindwa, all those who were in power that long and
never thought of making health conditions better for every Ugandan should
not be given preference treatment when they are sick. Their blood is as good

Folks,
I'm saddened by this news , Hon. Bindandi Ssali is a veteran politician that
we need to support especially at this challenging moment of his life, i may
not be one of his fans but this man did a good job to help lead K CC
football club to it's glory , remember Latigo of K CC this was Bidandi's
work he entertained Ugandans during the difficult days. I also know that he
did what he could during his time as minister of local government , true
mistakes were made on the way and he regrets them that is why he had to quit
from the dictator unlike the likes of Hon. Kategeya who still dances to the
tune of the dictator.
May Allah help him through his sickness.
