A man destroys Luwero, camps North attacks DRC creates the Rwandese genocide
attacks Somalia kills Southern Sudan’s attack Easterners creates Kanungu let
alone Mukura kills Moslems in Mbarara, and he is called a man whom made some
mistakes. Now before you blow up a gasket due to such an immoral statement,
remember than Museveni reinstated the Buganda Kingdom and this is Richard
Mukasa speaking to you today.

That is how shallow is a true Buganda small brain.

I also get puzzled by those who are not ready to forgive NRM/A for the war
crimes they committed. Milton Obote and Idi Amin the two people who made
sure that the use of force is the only way for dictators to get political
power were never taken to any court of justice.

Idi Amin and Obote introduced political insanity in Uganda. All the
political evils which we have today emanate from the Obote/Amin's attack on
the Lubiri, abrogation of Uganda's constitution, introdction of state
sponsored rapes, robberies, arbitrary arrests, and murders by Obote and Idi
Amin.

Whilst we appreciate that M7 and company made mistakes, the application of
law in Uganda as far as the principle of equity is concerned must be equally
applied. Why do LRA killers walk free in Northern Uganda yet Otafiire, M7,
Otto Mutengesa etc are being dragged to courts of law.

If a man who abrogated the national constitution and then ordered Idi Amin
to attack the Lubiri, kill Mutesa and then go on to turn the same Lubiri
into a torture and slaughter centre died a free man, then why shouldn't we
allow M7 to die a free man as well?

Equity is a principle which calls for fairness and justness. How just is it
for you to arrest M7 when Obote, Amin, Malyamungu, Ogole, Kony, Toko,
Bazilio, Lakwena, Juma Oris, Bamuze, Apon Acak etc never faced justice?.
This is what one can refer to as discrimination.

M7 has confessed to killing UPC people but UPC has never apologised for
killing anyone apart from a blanket apology from Olara Otunnu and Mama
Miria. We want UPC to clearly state who it killed, where, when and why. We
need them to name all the women who were raped in Kireka Barrack, those who
were raped, tortured and killed in Nile Mansion and the bodies which they
use to damp in swamps.

If UPC men and women shall walk free why shouldn't M7 be left to march on?

This selective application of the law will not be allowed. I would argue
that M7 must support the idea of TRUTH & RECONCILIATION COMMISSION from
where he will tell it all, and then apply for forgiveness.

I am an advocate of social justice and I believe that hard as it may feel,
we have a duty to forgive and them and then lay a strong foundation to
protect the future of Buganda and Uganda.

M7 has done terrible things but most of his failures are as a result of
incompetence. M7 did not know his levels of incompetence until he became a
president. All his childish ideologies such as Barter Trade, making Mulago
beds at Musa Body's workshop, fighting corruption etc were what social
policy exparts refer to as ALL TALK. M7 had never written or implemented any
social policy. He did not know anything apart from using AK47 in the most
uncaring manner possible.

All his references to GDP and GNP were just mere cramwork from his academic
text book. For he was naive about economics. M7 did not even know that he
was a corrupt person himself. He never knew how dangerous he is as an
individual until he started getting real political opposition where people
helped him to reflect on his former actions by naming them.

I thinks that M7 has learned alot in these 26 years. As such, he should
humble himself, return the money he has swindled, apologise for his actions
and then retire in peace.

Life changes when we change. It is normal to feel upset and pain (in your
case). If you choose to learn from the situation you may discover that you
can live happily even after your loss (probably your people were righteous
and are right now enjoying the fruits from this life). Refusing to forgive
is choosing to stay on a guilt trip and putting yourself through extra
mental anguish and avoiding the real issue - to do something about how you
feel. A positive way to deal with your anguish (which most Ugandans have
also suffered through the numerous regimes), since you are living, is take
some action to improve things. wherever you are, it is the place to start.

My friends,

I wish Bidandi Ssali well and a quick recovery from his sudden
illness. I sincerely do. But this does not mean I am going to remove
him from my list of Ugandan war criminals. Together and in alliance
with Museveni and Paul Semogerere, they committed terrible atrocities
in northern and eastern Uganda. Nobody sent any condolences to their
victims, to be specific nobody sent any condolences when my sister was
brutally murdered by the NRA/DP coalition government. Just because
Bidandi Ssali is sick does not mean he can escape the bar of justice.
He has to be held accountable for the numerous and horrific crimes he
committed while in bed with Museveni under the NRA/DP coalition
government.
