Oba PaAB
Your argument and your effort is very same with mine, I also need a change
in Uganda, but we must get a change from a Movement. And I think that is the
best way to name it. There is a strange way we are entangled inside the
Movement its self that a removal of Museveni alone will not mean we have
exited out of it. When you leave these people into power it will be like
removing Iddi Amin from power but you get Alli Towilli and make him a
minister of internal affairs, you get Mustafa Adiris and make him a next
president. The Movement is a collection of people that got together to build
this destructive structure, and those people include Dr Kiiza Besigye
Kategaya Salim Saleh Ssabassajja Mutebi Mugisha Muntu and the list
continues. If we remove Museveni out of power and leave these people into
political positions, we have remained inside the Movement.
What we need is to cut it out then move forward.

Mulindwa,
I still need to study Eric Kashambuzi very careful for many of what he
writes hide a lot of stuff.
So, he is going to have to come clean on his political views vis-a-vis
Uganda future than what I am ready. I am not saying I decide the future of
Uganda, by all means No. But forward movement for the country is going to be
anchored on national believe for the country and its continuity. So, yes, I
don't think Uganda is going to go anywhere without first starting allover
again and from a transitional government that will from the start, lay the
foundation for good, responsible and democratic administration. Doing this
will entail re-writing the constitution, establishing rule of law, ensuring
that all criminals are accounted for and are brought to book and calling for
the first democratic election.
These are things that will set the country on the right path.
I have stated from the get go that we need to shove the question of
federalism on the backbanner and this is because the country still does not
have developed manpower. Look at Museveni's Tier government with gazillion
Districts. Every time Museveni's regime dish funds to these Districts but
what have we seen so far? Any tangible development? NO! Only corruption and
from top to bottom!And the reason behind this is because of the glaring
underdevelopment of manpower in the country. Most of the corruptions in
Uganda are not because Ugandans are corrupt but because many of the employed
folks don't know squat! So all they do everyday from morning to the time
they go off work is loot whatever they can lay their hands on.
We have seen videos from Buganda region, have you seen anything in terms of
development that can cause you to node your head and say Yes, these folks
are doing something? And yet Buganda is where the center of "civilization"
of Uganda resides!
In Northern Uganda, Museveni's funds are being returned to the central
government, instead of looting it, every fiscal year even when children
attend classes under trees! These are fundamental lack of human development,
in terms of know-how, we cannot ignore. The DRC is being devastated by the
illiterate rebels under Ntangana because of the same thing.
So, we need a different approach here, and that approach is going to begin
from establishing a transitional government clean of all the idiocies we see
today.

It is a tactical move, you see in Uganda politics you never leave office, so
they have to write that piece and pound it into the brains of Ugandans to a
level that it becomes part of their psyche. When you look carefully Oba
PaAB sees no future life in Uganda politics unless we all bow down to a
transitional government. Now Erick Kashambuzi has also seen the Paul walking
to the city and his hat is reading transitional government. You see this is
how it works, the moment the population believes that it cannot move any
forward without a transitional government, Museveni will walk out of power
and they all including Dr Kiiza Besigye Mugisha Muntu, the Betty Kamyas, the
Anne Mugishas that failed to ever get elected will stand up and the people
that care so much about Uganda and they are inside the transitional
government. Betty Kamya will testify how she can sacrifice the entire half
of her body for the Buganda Kingdom, but that is when Daudi Kasirye will
pound the pavement for her. So they are creating the ability to always
remain in power.
When you look very closely, Uganda politicians never resign they never quit
and they never get fired, for they have no other life to leave. Start by
wondering why betty Kamya today does not go and apply for a job anywhere but
still remain pasted on Uganda politics. She is a failure and a looser,
Ugandans refused to elect her. She turned around, picked up Buganda Kingdom
cause, a cause she failed to lift when she was an MP and she created a
political party to turn Uganda into a federal state. Now if that is not
stupidity tell me how a political party can turn Uganda into a federal
state. Tell me how you can register a political party and its object is to
turn Uganda into a Federal state. How? When you challenge her that if your
concern is Mengo and Buganda interest, join Kabaka Yekka and push Buganda
interest in parliament, she runs away for she knows that there is no stupid
Muganda that can elect an MP of Kabaka Yekka.
So the best option they have today is to create that fear and as soon as
Museveni leaves power, Eriya Kategaya Samson Mande Betty Kamya Anne Mugisha
stand up with a blessing of Ssabassajja and create a transitional
government. A Movement minus Museveni.
And Museveni knows it so well a very reason he is going to go down with the
state. Just watch !!!!!!!

On July 17, 2012, I summarized the discussions about Uganda history
and politics Ugandans have had since January 2011. As author, radio co-
host and Secretary General of UDU, I have received a lot of
information about Ugandas future. Everyone wants a better future for
themselves and their children in a Uganda that belongs to all
Ugandans. To achieve this noble goal, consensus has emerged on the
following issues.
1. The performance of NRM is very disappointing and is getting worse,
calling for a new administration;
2. A transitional government should be created as soon as possible to
prepare for free and fair multi-party elections;
3. Non-violent resistance is preferred to armed struggle in the first
instance to effect regime change (armed resistance to be used only in
self-defense);
4. The root causes of Uganda problems must be tackled head on without
fear or favor (status of Ugandans at birth, Buganda vs Uganda, Batutsi
vs the rest of Ugandans, motives of leaders in policy formulation and
execution, discrimination on the basis of gender, religion, ethnicity,
class, age etc);
5. Role of mercenaries in Uganda affairs since colonial days;
6. Land ownership and utilization;
7. Lessons from disintegration of Yugoslavia;
8. Lessons from rush to independence and Moshi conference;
9. Quality and background of Uganda leaders at all levels;
10. Uganda sovereignty and inviolable boundaries;
11. Research institutions and investigative journalism at home and
abroad should provide up-to-date and accurate information as a basis
for informed decisions;
12. Transparency, accountability and participation need to be
revamped;
13. Respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in political,
civil, economic, social and cultural field is key to a better Uganda;
14. Economic integration and political federation must confer net
(positive) benefits to Uganda;
15. Overcoming fear is a condition for regime change;
16. Ugandans at home and abroad in opposition to NRM must work closer
together, coordinate activities and speak through one voice to improve
efficiency and effectiveness.
