Either that or if you are a woman in Uganda and you are arrested, you become
a victim of the Prison officers. At this rate of babies one wonders how they
get pregnant and if this is not a sex abuse on prisoners. And I need also to
know the official position of Uganda Prisons towards officers screwing the
prisoners. And for a very good reason, tomorrow it will be my daughter or
wife arrested and thrown into Luzira. If my thinking is right and these
babies are fathered by the prison officers, as a critical thinker I wonder
if after the serving of sentence this prison officer follows this prisoner
to take care of the baby, or we are developing a secondary Luwero Kadogos
and Uganda DRC war Kadogos that have generated the todays Agabas. Who is
the father of the litter in Luzira?
And I am just asking here.
