I like the way people supporting issues drop a bomb of this amount in a

Uganda that can raise its reputation publicly that can call in the cameras
and hand him a big cheque, this is not a national issue.

It is Ok to give gold medal winner Kiprotich 200m. Who cares which account
it came from? It is public money.
The same money which is given to thieves like Basajabalaba and others. 200
million is really nothing. The chap deserves more . I hope this was just
a welcome offer to get home safely.
I also hope the weather is not so bad so the chap can get back home. Going
to Sebei is not easy folks. Many of you would freak out. Yes and give up.

The real money for the chap will come from future race snow that the world
knows what he can do. And once he starts making some money, URA should
exempt him from nay taxes. They regularly exempt thieves like Basajabalaba
and other NRM funders.
