Although massive immigration policies have been made for UPC Northerners and Easterners, Baganda have not asked for immigration from Uganda till after Obote two government. All these Baganda women and men we see here are not past 15 or so years in exile, go to any city in the west and most of the new immigrants you will find are Baganda. There is no known Western country in history that has ever created a single immigration program to move Baganda from Uganda for they are prosecuted, none what so ever. Baganda end up immigrating due to prostitution or looking for greener grass. So try something else and please.
