Why was Kiiza Besigye tortured ? Who gave the orders for Besigye to be

Secondly, Besigye was shot on orders of someone in the police. When Besigye
was shot, you never arrested the police officer who actually shot him. Do

Thirdly, what happened to Kibooko squad? Where are they, who finances them,
what is their job description, what is their recruitment procedure and who
is responsible for their actions?
How many safe houses do we have in Uganda? How many Ugandans have been
subjected to torture in these safe houses? Who is responsible for these safe
houses? I would also like to know the laws which underpin your actions in
safe houses.
How many pastors in Uganda do carry guns? Why are pastors given guns?
Why do pastors have armed body guards? What is wrong with you people?

establish the cause, and the perpetrotors. But most of the other school
fires the reports are out. The investigation into the Mayombo death was done

Nabakooba has not made a single posting in this forum, and I stand
challenged. There was a time as well when Uganda papers stated that you had
registered a new Police spokesperson, now you failed to take a moment to
post a single liner informing us as members of the forum to whether we are
still with Nabakooba or the new appointee. And by the way Mr. Kayihura we
are over 10,000 members and some of us take your presence in the forum
important. When you fail to come through in responding to concerns let alone
coming through with your very own commitments to us, it starts not to help
no body.
I just hope you can work on fixing this for it is starting to look very
strange sir.
