What is very disturbing is that under Iddi Amin we had a very brutal Police
Force but no one would shoot people in this manner, it is like how we lost
this kid that was a reporter on Uganda House, he was killed by Police in day
time, who shot him and what were the consequences of his murder?
It is very disturbing.

riots? both army and police officedrs? the se people were killed under your

of internal affairs in Mubaraka `s government was convicted for ordering the
shooting of citizens at tahir square, this he was convicted and he was
responsible for his men.Now, as IGP, it is you the citizens will sue and
already you have blood on your hands.Do you know the number pf people who
have lost lives since you became the IGP, are you proud of that record and
what are doing about it.failure to p;rosecute the murdrers only confrims one
thing,you ordered them.Just a singke death of the citizen under your command
would merit a resigantion from you it was in developed world,but over
40,sept.2009 and nothing done,is a serious event and the future may not be
very kind to you.
