many Northerners and Easterners? When Mugisha Muntu torched train wagons in
Mukula killing all Ugandans packed in, why don’t Have you listed as opposing
it? Are you not the one that ate a dinner in London with Samson Mande when he
was het main killer in The North?

When NRA was killing people who demonstrated during the Kayunga riots, you
supported them. When Ingabire's breasts were raped by NRA in police cloths, you
supported them. When Kizza Besigye was brutally tortured and later on short in
the arm, you supported his tormentors.
My question is, when do you consider evil to be evil. Is it when Muslims are
being targeted? When will you learn that oppression must be condemned whether
done against Baganda or against Muslims?
When Muslims were being murdered by NRA in Mbarara, you were part of this NRA.
Instead of defending these Muslims who were killed simply because they believed
in Allah, you supported NRA, the killer group to which you belong.

It very shocking, clerics being murdered in cold blood.
This clearly shows that nobody is safe. The two poor Innocent victims who i
know very well and had reserved the remainder of the lives to only serving
Allah were shoot in cold blood, Iraq style.
Is Uganda becoming another Iraq?
According to ur CID boss, Investigations are going to start- when will they
end and why are most of your investigations inconclusive?
This clearly shows that security in UGANDA is going down more or so in Busoga
where people are already struggling to survive.
First and foremost- a speed Investigation should be in place and be time limited
Secondly, Steps must be taken to protect the Innocent people who might have
nothing to do with rebels.
Thirdly, credibility of the police investigative force should be regained and
reassured to to the unsuspecting public.
4th broaden you Intelligence - How can this happen in such a town like town
like Bugiri
Lastly you must apologize to the people of Bugiri for failing to protect them
and making the have a very dark Eid.

The Muslim community in Bugiri witnessed a black Eid el Fitri on
Sunday when two Imams were gunned down in the evening after
celebrating the end of the holy month of Ramathan.
Eyewitnesses said thugs sprayed the Imam of Masigid Umar, Sheikh
Yunusu Mudungu Abukakeri and his brother in –law, Sheikh Muhammad
Maganda, with bullets as they left the mosque after prayers.
The thugs later fled leaving the pair fighting for their lives in the
middle of road along Bugiri –Muterere road. Yunusu died on spot while
Mudungu was pronounced dead on arrival at Bugiri hospital.
Sources told this reporter that Mudungu was granted amnesty by
government in 2007 when he denounced the rebel outfit on Allied
Defence Forces that is seriously regrouping in eastern DR Congo.
The chairman Ashirafu Group to which the pair subscribed, Shaban Isa,
said it was shocking how Muslim clerics were being murdered.
The Bugiri District CID boss, David Otim Opio, said investigations are ongoing.
He said the gunmen were moving on a motorcycle because they literally
vanished in thin air after gunning down the clerics.
The disturbing incident evokes memories of the unresolved murder of a
prominent Muslim cleric in Kampala, Sheikh Abdu Karim Sentamu. The
former leader of Sheikhs in the Dawat Islamic sect was shot in his
car along William Street in April this year after being trailed.
Like Mudungu, Sentamu was granted amnesty after denouncing rebel
activity with ADF. While meeting the Muslim community over property
wrangles in the aftermath of the incident, President Museveni said
intelligence had found out that ADF boss Jamil Mukulu, also a wanted
terrorist worldwide, had contacted Sentamu on phone.
