Luwero. So we need some intelligence when we equate the two. There was a
time when supporters of Amin would sit in London and address Ugandans with a
whole lot of drinks. So you start by wondering where Joseph Kamugisha will
be after Musevenis departure and Konnys being sworn to power?
Well start by questioning yourself where he has been all along since 1980 to
pop up his head today to define me as a Goat, then you will realize how
these issues need to be reasoned out intelligently. If Ssabassajja is that
important to be used as an example, why was he not addressed by a speaker as
we have a speaker coming to UNAA this time around? Because counselors are
the chaff of the political structure that I can easily line you 15 in
Toronto to show up on your function. Just tell me where and when.

Laba embuzi eno!! City leader's across America, take such opportunities as
the upcoming convention to be very important. In 2001 when HRM the Kabaka of
Buganda came to Dallas, he was received and hosted by a number of City
officials. In 2005 when HRH Sylvia Nagginda, visited the State of Texas,
apart from the programs we had arranged for her to attend as a community,
she was also hosted by five different Mayors of five different cities. Not
only did they graciously receive her as a Royal citizen of Buganda, but she
was also recognized as a Ugandan who was representing a very rich cultural
heritage in Uganda. At the end of the day, for the first time in probably
the entire history of Africa, the Nabagereka, received Five Keys to Five
different cities.
In 2004, when HRM the Omukama of Bunyoro, visited Houston, TX, he was
received by the City officials. When HRM the Omukama of Toro, visited Texas,
he was received by several local City officials including two mayors of two
different Cities.
The officials visiting from Uganda, many of whom were NOT officially invited
by UNAA, have been invited to a reception by the CITY of Philadelphia. Is
that out of the ordinary?
