No we do not need change in Uganda what we need in Uganda is a new
population. You see that will erase you and your irks that only pop their
heads up when crap falls. You are Ugandans, naïve and out right plainly
stupid, you support every Monkey and you go and suck out of them anything
you can for to you it is today and never about the country or the future.
Grace Nasaka do you have a child in a Rwandese? If yes or no explain why.

Simeo,
Please stop dreaming and go back to work.
We had the Vision 2025 that promised us heaven on earth and it is 2012 and
we are no where near seeing the results of that plan. Before it is
implemented, they are coming up with Vision 2040 without explaining to what
happened to the previous plan.
Unless there is a change of government, I am afraid it will remain just
that. A dream. NRM has had the poorest record on delivery. I am sure on
this you will agree with me.

Let us pray that God gives us the gift of life so that by 2040, 25 years
from now we shall the be in position to enjoy the super highways in Kampala.
