I have argued that this government is worse than the one of Amin and people
are not buying it, but I need one to tell me how Police Officers would go to
Nassurs house and close him inside. Really would you go to Bombo and arrest
him inside his house? Under whose authority would that have been? No
seriously how would you stand as a Uganda Police Officer under Ali Towili as
a director of training and operation and call on a radio for a backup for
you are closing Nassur Abdullas house with him inside? I can seriously see
Butabika driving 150 small tanks from Bombo to come and get the Governor
out, I can seriously see Kisule south bound on Gulu road from Masindi
artillery with all his tanks about 1500 all coming to Bombo to take the
governor out of Police brutality. And no Mustafa Adris would have been funny
for he would walk on foot for his Benz would be slow. There was a reason why
Masaka reconnaissance was given only small tanks and move on wheels, it was
to be able to arrive to Kampala or Bombo at a cars speed and to deliver
such a carnage than ever thought before, and who would deny them to reach
Bombo when a Police Officer has closed Nassur in a house? And the governor
would be set free before the president hears about it, because when he hears
about it, you need to be out of Uganda, and whoever was on his house, may
God bless his poor soul for he will not even have a God damn grave in
Uganda.
This would not happen under Amin, never !!!!!

paranoia. Some of this action did not even take place in Uganda under IDI

Folks;
How low can Museveni's Uganda sink? Here is the city's popularly-elected
mayor now being detained at his home. Why? Because the paranoid security
establishment fears that he might draw crowds that will disrupt Independence
Day celebrations.
These preventive detention measures were common during the days of USSR and
Castro's Cuba. Who would imagine that after 26 years in power, Museveni
would be this unsure of his hold on power!
