And that is why I really get upset with Eric Kashambuzi pretending to preach
the so called London conference. Federalism must be born by regions talking
to each other, can you witness a single meeting that has ever taken place in
Uganda between the regions? Do you know any discussion that has ever taken
place to use it to lie to people that people want to get federal system in
Uganda? So what kind of federalism are you talking about here? So as
Museveni thought for us to get the ten points, as Amin thought for us to get
the 18 reasons, Eric Kashambuzi is going to London to think for us to get
Federalism. I stand up challenging him to put a referendum of who wants
Federalism in Uganda and we see how it is doing.

I can bet that even in Buganda it will fail. Federalism in nonsense given
Uganda situation.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to update you on the preparations for the federal conference due to

All political parties were invited including the ruling NRM party. The NRM
government is preparing to send an official representative to articulate the
government’s position on federalism. We are currently engaging and
consulting the different nationalities of Uganda in the UK to ensure that
they are well represented at the conference and get sufficient time to put
their views across.

Owing to the increasing popular response that this conference has attracted
so far, the proposed AGM and elections for the Uganda Federal Confederates
will therefore be postponed to allow more time for detailed discussions.

Entry fee: To help the organisers cover the hall and other costs, there will
be a charge of £20 per head. Even the organisers will pay the entrance fee.
