Just for clarification
This family of a husband a wife was in a process of a very bitter divorce,
we know that the wife had to go to the house to pick up her staff with a
friend and the husband was not supposed to be there but he was. On entering
the two women were surprised to see the husband that was not supposed to be
there, he shot the wife and the friend ran away and called Police. Now since
this entire circus is still under Police investigation that is all we can
state today, but there is a point of interest that Special Investigation
Unit was called at scene. SIU is only called if a short is fired/death
occurs when Police is involved into a situation. Now if Police was led and
the man killed the wife, then SIU is called in, one can take leap that the
man killed himself when Police was at scene.
And that is all from what we can un professionary pile up together till when
we get the official Police report.

Ontarios Special Investigations Unit is probing a weekend shooting incident
in Georgetown that left two people dead, including a school principal, after
an apparent murder-suicide believed to have stemmed from a domestic dispute.
The two deceased were named as Debra Allen, the 52-year-old principal of
Beatty-Fleming Public School, and her husband David Allen, 65.
Halton Regional Police released a brief statement and referred all inquiries
to the SIU, which examines all police-civilian interactions resulting in
death or serious injury.
The SIU said the incident began around 2:15 p.m. Saturday, when police were
called to a home at 27 Hillside Drive in Georgetown after receiving a 911
call saying a woman had been shot.
Upon arriving at the house, police set up a perimeter and tried to
communicate with Mr. Allen, the SIU said.
Shortly afterward, shots were heard, officers went into the house and found
both Allens dead of gunshot wounds.
The SIU has assigned six investigators and two forensic investigators to
examine the demise of Mr. Allen.
His wifes death is being investigated by Halton Regional Police Service.
Peel District School Board posted an online tribute, mourning the loss of
Ms. Allen and urging parents and teachers to comfort and counsel the
children affected. Childrens reactions to a death may be delayed, the
board said.
Its important to reassure children, spend extra time with them and be
available to them when they want to talk about their feelings. When grieving
begins, children must be told that their feelings are normal and
acceptable.
One Halton police officer has been designated a subject officer by the SIU,
and 11 others as witness officers.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the lead
investigator at 416-622-1898 or 1-800-787-8529 ext. 1898.
