I will take an issue with your writing, I have no problem with Rwandese per
say, we have been with them and they are good people, there are Rwandese
like Frank Kalimuzo that served Uganda better than even Ugandans, so IO have
no problem with that Rwandese. The Movement Rwandese are very different sir.
They work for Rwanda by using Uganda. When Mugisha Muntu and Kagame run UPDF
they throw their government out, do you have any figure that has ever been
paid to Uganda for that war? Yet Kalimuzo would not have used Ugandans to go
and fight in Rwanda for free. When Samson Mande was made a military attaché
in Der he cleared our weapons and shipped them off to Rwanda again Kalimuzo
would not have done that he would have sent them to Uganda. The problem with
these Rwandese sir is that they don’t care how many Ugandans die, a very
reason Mugisha Muntu pilled Ugandans in Mukura train wagons and burnt them
to death, again Kalimuzo would not have done that to Ugandans. So there is a
very clear difference between the Movement Rwandese and the former Rwandese
you’re talking about.

I am not going to impede Mugisha Muntu to lead the country, but I need two
things from him [a} I need him to clear his name regarding the deaths of
Ugandans in Mukura and {b} I need him to stand in a constituency and any
constituency and get elected as an MP by people that know him and his back
ground. If Mugisha Muntu is a Ugandan that grew up in Uganda, he should have
no problem getting a constituency that know him.

Folks:

You [ill] educated Ugandans are the problem. You love to engage in nonsense
at the expense of substantive issues. That killed so and so, this is
Rwandese, gasiya all the time. You find someone with no one else to
collaborate their rumors-you pay them some money for waragi- and you take it
as the absolute truth with words like "there is no doubt". Excuse me. There
is a lot of doubt. It is hearsay but in Uganda that is the truth.

Listen, General Mugisha Muntu went through Ugandan schools, among them
Makerere College School, Makerere University and was named Army commander.
So where were those who say he is now Rwandese were when he became Army
commander? Ugandans are notorious for sleeping over rights and waking up too
late to engage in their usual pettiness. It is a pity that even UAH with
such a concentration of [ill] educated Ugandans is mostly good at rumors.

And while still at it, the story below by Mr. Anthony Wesaka in the Monitor
caught my attention. Mr Wesaka writes that High Court Justice Jane Kigombe
found Mr Nyangasi guilty of murder. Here is the question. Is there a justice
Jane Kigombe in the Ugandan judiciary? Did Mr Wesaka mean Lady Justice Jane
Kiggundu. I bet you he will also swear that "there is no doubt"? Really? Can
those in Uganda clarify for us if there is Lady Justice Jane Kigombe.

Nyangasi convicted of murdering wife

By Anthony Wesaka

Posted Friday, October 19 2012 at 13:40

The High Court sitting in Kampala has this Friday found the ex-chairman of
Uganda Medical Workers Union Apollo Dalton Nyangasi guilty of killing his
wife, Christine Dambio Mbulanyina.

Presided over by Justice Jane Kigombe, court deferred the sentencing of Mr
Nyangasi to next Tuesday, October 23.

Justice Jane Kigombe said that the prosecution had directly linked Mr
Nyangasi to the death of his wife. Led by state attorney Jane Okuo, the
prosecution alleged that on July 24 2010, in Kireka B Zone in Wakiso
District, Mr Nyangasi, with malice, unlawfully killed his wife Christine
Dambio.

Details to follow.

Ahamed,

Now Rubaramira is being skewed. the gutter politics he is employign now are
only exposing his backyard. He is convineintly choosing the tribal issue
because he has no mud to smear Muntu. Muntu z dad worked so hard for Ankole,
he is one of the few Ankole historicals that are greatly remembered for
their contribution especially in the area of education. a school named
Muntuyera High school was named after him. Even if Muntu z dad had been a
Muyarwanda you can acquire citizenship by birth or naturalisation, in this
case Mugisha Muntu was born in Uganda so when did he become a Rwandan
citizen?. History says the Bantu came from Cameroon, so should we send
Rubaramira back to Yaounde?

Ankole.

Fardson,

Wait when it is openly narrowed from being Rwandese to tutsi/horororo.

As if that is the real problem!

Joseph,

I am not suprised, in fact it had taken long to narrow this former Army

be is elected or defeated!

That is what Allan call looking not beyond your noses!

Besigye Endorses Muntu For President

Gen Muntu

FORUM FOR Democratic Change President, Col.Kizza Besigye has finally
endorsed Maj. Gen. Gregory Mugisha Muntuyera to be the next FDC president.
This was disclosed by the FDC vice chairperson who is also the Rubaga Mayor,
Joyce Nabbosa Ssebugwawo, during a meeting with FDC delegates from Luweero,
Nakaseke and Nakasongola convened Monday at Migyera Catholic Parish in
Migyera Town Council, Nakasongola district.

While campaigning for Muntu, Ssebugwawo told delegates that she is the
closest person to Besigye and knows much about him and what he wants. “Do
you know who I am? If you see Joyce just know you are with Besigye. I am his
best close friend and I know what he wants. Do you understand me? I am with
Col. Besigye; so we have a reason why we are behind Gen. Muntu,” she said.

Ssebugwawo added that Besigye decided to step aside to give chance to other
members of the party to hold top office following several election
malpractices and vote rigging by the Electoral Commission. She said: “We
decided to stand behind Muntu because he can change the country. Several NRM
MPs and other camps are only waiting for Muntu’s victory to join FDC; that
is why I am here to represent Col Besigye.” In an exclusive interview with
Ssebugwawo, she declined to comment further saying she was discussing secret
party issues with the delegates.

However Gen Muntu vowed to trounce anybody who will stand in his path to FDC
presidency. Speaking with fury while canvassing for his votes, Muntu said
several allegations are being spread over like those accusing him of being a
mole and non-citizen of Uganda among others, but he is determined to crush
to pieces whoever will make him fail his presidential bid.

Vehemently speaking than never before, the retired Gen. asked his supporters
to make thorough research to establish his nationality before thinking of
baseless utterances. Asking the delegates for their support, he noted the
need for them to place the three contenders under a ‘miscroscope’ and choose
the best candidate to steer the party to achieve its goals. Muntu described
himself as the best because he is determined, honest and not a coward.
Muntu, who was accompanied by among others Kampala Woman MP Nabilah Naggayi
and Ssebuggwawo, later headed to Migyera Town Council to meet residents,
where he solicited for their support for his bid for FDC president.

Muntu disclosed that several generals in the army including Gen. David
Tinyefuza are waiting for his victory to overthrow the government which is
filled with segregation, corruption and misuse of power. Muntu is vying for
the top FDC seat with the Leader of Opposition in Parliament, Nathan Nandala
Mafabi and Tororo County MP, Geoffrey Ekanya. The polls are scheduled for
November 22.
