In all negotiations, there is a lion and donkey, and I think Uganda is the
donkey this time. Congo must have something up their sleeves that has forced
Uganda to publicly admit that they are in negotiations with them over m23
rebels.
So, let's pray for our negotiators to see to it that they come out as lions
at the end of all this.
It seems kabila junior is not as dumb as late habyarimana. This is the
second time Uganda and Rwanda are plotting against him, but he always comes
out on top. Habyarimana, on the otherhand, never had that chance. Once the
rwigyemas made their way out of the barracks with some guns, there was no
turning back. Sometimes I wonder what exactly would gave happened if they
had failed to dislodge the Hutus from power. Would museveni would have
welcomed them warmingly back into the army after denying several times that
he wasn't supporting their cause? I wonder
