We are experiencing a national visa outage. We do not know yet if this is
worldwide or North American wide or only affecting Canada, but Canada
nationwide there is no visa service until when we are informed otherwise.
And we do not know yet where the system has been affected from, but coast to
coast we have no visa system from an hour ago from this posting at 5.13 pm
Toronto time.
