But how can money from donors up lift Uganda? Do you know any country that
has ever got better thanks to donor money? For I simply dont. The Natives
here get more money than all Canadians combined how better are they doing

record it is not free there is no country that dumps money into Africa they
take it to Mali for we can donate 10 million as we are pulling out 150
million. There is no single Western country out there with no ulterior

But it is that reasoning that has made many of us unemployed for we always
go after American governments and what policies they have in Africa and how
they affect us as a continent, but since the Democrats came to power this
time we have been disabled for the leader is black and The Ocen Nekyon the

senators and feed them the language the senators want to hear. And allow me
to be racist here, Ugandans from eastern Uganda have held a pole of critical
thinking in Uganda for a very long time, but a fall of Obote and the

with. Do you actually know that during the fights in Eastern Uganda several
ministers from Eastern Uganda were kidnapped and kept for almost a year? Why
was it never in any forum? Start from there to understand why most of
Musevenis supporters are actually Acholis he killed the most. Few weeks
ahead Edward Pojim and Ocen Nekyon are going to stand in this very forum to
praise Obama for he is sending his army into Eastern Uganda to defeat
Lakwena. Well if they support his attack on the holly Konny why not Lakwena?
Moses Mayanja, I have opposed Museveni since he came to power, but I have
all along been successful and to stopping many things from Uganda, for the
Uganda population in United States was with me. I stand up and write to a
senator in United States that I have decided to target for the Ugandans in
that state back my yelling at Uganda. Ever since Obama came to power,
everything you raise up to go to a senator is blocked for he has the Ocens
and Pojims that tell them that we are okay and the policies of Obama into
Africa are great. At one point I will post an Email sent out by an Easterner
to a senator on Uganda and you will freak out.
May be we are too fucked up to even be worth Museveni as a leader !!!!!!

Don't get me wrong here. Donor funds are necessary for the Ugandan instance,
as your motherland is very far from the self reliance you are talking about.
Lets be real here EM, there is nothing like an unindustrialised nation being
self sufficient. Yes, unfortunately tax payers like you and me, and Sir
believe it or not I am heavily taxed here in these USA, have to chip in.
During your growing up in Uganda, things were a little different as
Patriotism was at its best, right now you well know that all those the
functional Institutions and parastatals were disbanded under the guise of
privatisation thanks to our visionary leaders. So for now that's what We
have till the situation changes if at all that will happen in our
lifetime.Eh, I guess you are right We deserve the leaders We elect so dont
burry your head in the sand Sir!!!!!

Those Donors ought to be very vigilant next time around. I opine that, all
donor funds should be channelled through the different NGOs. I think there
is quite a few good ones left there.

This looks like a very sophisticated triple scam between the Irish donors -
who were introduced to Museveni by the Tullow Oil Chief.
a) Ireland's AID money NEVER reached Uganda in the first place - though
it was reported in Ireland to have been 'donated' .
b) This money was shared by 'all concerned in Ireland and Uganda'. (THEFT
NO 1)
c) Uganda discovered and announced the 'theft' of this money - and Ireland
demanded it back
d) Uganda takes tax-payer's money and repays the Irish Govt. (THEFT No 2)
e) Some of this money goes in 'administration' and the rest is re-donated
to Uganda - DIRECT to the beneficiaries -
again chosen by Museveni - and his abashuma cabal. These will be
private investments of the Abashuma cabal getting the direct aid
(THEFT No 3)
Looks like Uganda was trying to entice Norway into the aid scam, but since
Norway had donated 'genuinely', they seem not to be interested in the
refund- re-donate scam.

Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi
The government of Uganda has refunded the money she was asked by the
government of Norway to refund after massive mismanagement of the PRDP funds
in the Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) was discovered.
A total of 3.1 million Euros was returned to the Norwegian government.. The
refund of the money was confirmed by Norways International Development
Minister, Heikki Holmås who stressed that despite the money refund, Norway
will never offer help to the Ugandan government again. The money was meant
for the northern Uganda reconstruction program and Mr. Holmas said stealing
the money was comparable to those terrorizing poor people.
While withdrawing aid last year, Mr. Holmas said, Its totally unacceptable
that aid is being misused. Any form of corruption is a theft from the poor.
Norway has a zero tolerance for corruption and monetary abuse. Norway has
requested the money that has been abused be paid back and Uganda has agreed
to refund the entire amount that has been revealed to have been misused.
Norway joined countries like Ireland, Denmark and Britain, among others to
withdraw aid from Uganda after it was discovered that the aid money was
being banked personally by a few individuals. Ireland and Denmark also want
money refund.
The mismanaged funds have seen several officials in the office of the prime
minister interdicted and the principal suspect Godfrey Kazindas trial
resumed yesterday with the eight witness Stephen Kizze Ssalongo Who is also
the secretary of defence for Bukoto UCB Zone which is Kazindas area of
residence faulting police for not searching the accuseds house and only
searching that of his mother, while another witness Byekwaso Musiitwa a
senior accounts assistant in the office of the prime minister said the forms
that were being used to withdraw money from bank of Uganda were genuine and
not forged as the prosecution alleges, and that is why bank of Uganda
accepted to cash them. The trail was adjourned with the accused bail
application rejected and justice David Wangutsi promising a speedy trail.
