Robukuni
It is very disturbing and it is disturbing to me in two ways {1} Western
governments are not reporting these atrocities but {2} Western reporters are
not reporting them either. And for some reason countries like United States
and Canada have been very careful in doing these things for if the press
gets it it reports it, these days since the embedded caricature started the
reporters are protecting the governments. Again I am going back to the
Canadian forces you have repeatedly stated they are in Mali, why isnt CBC
reporting it? Is there a possibility that you and I know that theyre in
Mali but CBC does not know or CBC is holding on people as the government is
holding on them? I am a member of several blogs, but there is a blog that
posts so many Liberal and Conservative issues so it is typically political
and it goes wild, but I am finding it hard to debate into it for there comes
a times when both The Liberals and Conservative hide one thing. For example
there was a debate about Mali and our getting involved. The Prime Minister
said that we are only offering transportation we are not going to be
involved. Well a very reliable source told me that Fantino was leaving that
evening to head to Africa due to our involvement to Mali, I posted it in the
blog and every one screamed bloody murder on how Fantino cannot go to Africa
for he has nothing to do with Mali. I was told that Fantino is in
preparation to go to a food conference which I forget where it sat, so he
has no time to go to Mali. This was coming from both The Liberals and The
Conservatives and these are very highly powerful people in Ottawa that were
posting these things and who would know if a Minister travels out the
country.
Robukuni The source that told me that Fantino was heading out to Africa for
issues with Mali is one of those that prepare high ranking peoples
traveling, she is 100% right in her information for a very long long time I
have dealt with her. She had no reason to lie to me this time around, she is
one of those who knows who is where and who is going where. Is our
involvement into Mali a Conservative agenda? If so why are the Liberals
hiding it? And if the conservatives and Liberals are together in this deal,
how do we cross check it in a parliamentary democracy?
I need Mitayo Potosi in this debate for I wonder what he knows that we
dont.

EM,
If you have followed the MEK, they opposed the Shah, opposed the US, fought
with Saddam against the Iranians and have a huge PR department in Paris.
3 Kurdish women were assassinated recently in France, with no comment from
the UN or Victoria Nuland, Turkey is suspected of being behind the
assassinations even as a peace accord looks promising. Where was the
outrage?
MEK move from Northern Iraq (Camp Ashraf) to what is supposedly a UN
sanctioned secure refugee processing centre in Camp Liberty after renouncing
violence, giving up arms and thus being taken off the terror list; you trust
MEK at your own peril, Iraq wants them out.
The US further guaranteed their protection in 2004.
Refugees around the world need protection, that is a given, however if you
look at the carnage in Iraq over the last 4 friday's alone, more questions
are raised.
Where are the Neo-Cons and the 'Decider' on the quagmire that is the refugee
problem in the middle east?
The UN and Victoria Nuland seem to be engaging in selective outrage on this
one.
One year ago, this scenario was predicted by Allan Gerson 02/22/2012;
In 1932, the eminent theologian Reinhold Niebuhr wrote "Moral Man and
Immoral Society" warning of the tendency of institutions to lose their sense
of humanity. How better to explain today's actions of the US State
Department in toying with the lives and hopes of over 3000 Iranian
dissidents being "voluntarily" relocated from Camp Ashraf , a small city 40
miles north of Baghdad, where they have lived for the last 25 years? From
there they are being moved to a small isolated section of Camp Liberty, an
abandoned American base, looted by the Iraqis, with no basic amenities and
under the watchful eyes of Iraqi police who have viciously attacked them
before.

U.N., U.S. condemn attack on Iran dissidents in Iraq
<http://www.reuters.com/> Description: ReutersReuters 1 hour 57 minutes
ago
UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The U.N. secretary-general and the U.S.
government condemned a deadly attack on an Iranian dissident camp in the
Iraqi capital early on Saturday and urged Iraqi authorities to carry out a
full investigation.
"(Ban Ki-moon) strongly condemns the mortar attack today on Camp Liberty,
the temporary transit facility near Baghdad for former residents of Camp
Ashraf," the secretary-general's press office said in a statement.
At least five people were killed and more than 25 wounded in the rocket
attack, police sources said.
"The Secretary-General calls on the Government of Iraq, which is responsible
for the safety and security of residents of both Camp Liberty and Camp
Ashraf, to promptly and fully investigate the incident and bring
perpetrators to justice," it said.
The U.S. State Department condemned "in the strongest terms the vicious and
senseless terrorist attack."
"We understand the Government of Iraq has undertaken to promptly investigate
the attack," State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said in a
statement. "We call on it to earnestly and fully carry out that
investigation and to take all appropriate measures to enhance the security
of the camp consistent with its commitment and obligation to the safety and
security of the camp's residents.
"The terrorists responsible for this attack must be brought to justice," the
U.S. statement added.
The Iranian dissident group Mujahadin-e-Khalq, or MEK, said six people
including a woman died after its camp was hit by mortars and missiles, while
the U.N. mission in Iraq said it was aware of a number of deaths.
The MEK calls for the overthrow of Iran's clerical leaders and fought
alongside the forces of former Iraqi Sunni dictator Saddam Hussein in the
Iran-Iraq war in the 1980s.
It is now seeking to recast itself as an Iranian opposition force but is no
longer welcome in Iraq under the Shi'ite Muslim-led government that came to
power after U.S.-led forces invaded and toppled Saddam in 2003.
The MEK has long criticized Ban's envoy in Iraq, Martin Kobler, accusing him
of playing down problems with the group's facilities at its new temporary
location at Camp Liberty. The United Nations has dismissed the criticism.
The statement said Ban "reiterates the United Nations' strong commitment to
continue its longstanding efforts to facilitate a peaceful and durable
solution for the residents of both Camp Liberty and Camp Ashraf."
In April 2011, 34 people were killed at Camp Ashraf, located in Diyala
province, after Iraqi security forces moved against them, according to a
U.N. investigation.
