Since 1900 when America replaced Spain as the colonial power in the Philippines, Filipinos have been sending home billions. For 113 years, and the Philippines is the sick man of Asia, a sore in the region. Is it going to take a thousand years? And how long is it going to take our "kyeyo chaps" in this silly game?
