Defence Forces are planning to reject Prime Minister Raila Odinga as
their next Commander in Chief, if he clinches the Presidency on March
4th.
According to credible sources, the military generals who did not want
to be named due to the sensitivity of the matter, said under the
Martial Law, anyone who has tried to overthrow the government should
not be bestowed as the Commander in Chief since he has broken the oath
of allegiance to the State.
Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who is vying for Presidency on March 4th,
has openly admitted that he was the main plotter of 1982 failed coup,
where hundreds of innocents civilians died and property worth
millions of shillings destroyed.
According to one junior Kenya Air Force officer, there are romours
spreading in the barracks that they will not swear an allegiance of
trust to the PM if he becomes the fourth President of Republic of
Kenya.
