I would love The IG Kale Kayihura to explain this photograph, and also to
explain how he would interpret it if he saw it when AMO was in power. I have
stood up and publicly defined Uganda as a living Zoo and I have been so
attacked, but Ugandans fail to realize that a country or an area to be
defined as a state, starts by how it treats its dead. And this is how a dead
Ugandan is treated today. But I would also wonder how a Ugandan with a
camera reaches this scene to take a photograph to send to EMs computer in
Toronto, before a Uganda Police officer arrives to the scene to secure it,
that to me would be of great value for the IG to help me understand.
Friends I am again calling on Ugandans to demand for a government in our
country for this government has truly failed.

Ugandans are so used to dead bodies they hurry to crowd at the incident of
any - however graphic and disturbing.
