You are discussing political issues here, and political issues are never
discussed in generalities sir. What makes Dr Kiiza Besigye that special to
you? And trust me I have listened half of my life a chorus from Edward
Pojim of how Olara Otunu is the best that will ever resurrect for UPC, let
us not go that path kindly. What political structure, what policy has
Besigye in his plans which makes you tick? What policy is in Uganda today
for Dr Kiiza Besigye wrote it as national political commissar? National
Political Commissars write policies sir can you pick and choose only one to
respond with.

guy had brains
Ahmed,
I think we should credit where it is due......Besigye is very good upstairs
and any organization would be lucky to have him as a partner. He is just so
good at what he does and he has demonstrated that over the years.
We should also give credit to Museveni for managing a crop of good brains
for such a long time. Management of intelligent human beings is not easy at
all but he has been doing it since 1980s. Guys like Noble Mayombo, Eriya
Kategeya, Wapa, Dr.Kiggundu sulaiman, kale kayihura, Gen.Tinye aka ssejusa,
and so many others, are all baked well upstairs, such that I sometimes
wonder how museveni has managed to keep majority of them in this NRM thing
for such a long time. May be those still with him just appear intelligent
but when they aren't? Anyway, what do I know?
