have made a stand very many times that African dictators are planted and
maintained by the West. When you look at past dictators and thieves of
Africa, they are saved and maintained by the West, a good example is Samson
Mande who Clair Shot flew out of Rwanda to Sweden for he had stolen Uganda
weapons and sold them to Rwanda. A second one is Kibwetere who Uganda
government claimed is in United States and we have no record for US handing
him back ever. Kibwetere was the organizer of the Uganda cult that took over
500 people. Now today Canada has read its 2013 budget, but in that budget we
are now starting to realize that CIDA {Canadian International Agency} Is a
very crucial organization in this country, to a point that it is directly
involved with the countries Canadians mine from, and here is the statement
from Fantino The Canadian Minister of International Coporation which takes
care of CIDA stated few days ago. And this is a direct quote sir We have
to tilt the agencys poverty-alleviation and development programs to be more
closely aligned with Canadian companies and particularly mining companies
operating in developing countries around the world. -Julian Fantino,
Canadian International Co-Operation Minister. End quote. So Canada is to
align its assistance to who has what mineral, can you please tell me how
this adds up? I thought when you have the minerals you do not need AID sir?
