Parents have started to educate their kids in Uganda schools so that when
they come abroad they become comfortable. That is a very troubling thought,
a thought that has not crossed Kale Kayihura’ s mind. We have started to
hear parents saying that he is pushing his kid to reach senior four and then
head out to India or United States or Canada or UK. So the education in
Uganda is not focused on the future educated society of Uganda but the
educated society in diaspora. Our people have reached a point of throwing
their hands in the air and now use Uganda as a launching pad of the future
of their children. And to me that is very troubling for you are going to
have these men old and retired and Uganda left with those without the
ability to leave Uganda running it.

With Yoweri Museveni, Dr Kiiza Besigye and Ssabassajja Mutebi, Uganda is in
anarchy.

By Christina Hall — A 23-year-old Sterling Heights woman was found dead
today in a Sterling Heights park in an apparent suicide and authorities
found toxic substances inside her car, Sterling Heights police said. The
woman, who was not named, was found about 4:45 a.m. by an officer conducting
a check of Delia Park, 3001 Eighteen Mile.

The officer saw a 2006 Ford Focus parked in the west end of the parking lot.
When the officer approached, there were signs in several visible locations
on the car that read “Contact 911 Hazmat,” police said.

The officer smelled a strong odor of an unknown substance coming from within
the car and saw the unresponsive woman in the driver’s seat. A bucket
containing an unknown liquid and containers of muriatic acid (hydrochloric
acid) were found inside the car, police said.

Hazmat personnel responded, entered the car and determined the woman was
dead. She was identified and her family was contacted.Information and
evidence recovered at her home and from the family indicates she was from
Uganda and may have been despondent over a pending deportation case that is
under appeal, police said.

The park was closed off at the 18 Mile entrance. Police said there was no
danger to residents living near the park. The officer who found the woman
did not appear hurt but was being checked because of the toxic nature of the
substance in the bucket.

The incident remains under investigation.
