It simply appalls me why I never get paid for I reached this level of
reasoning way back without doing any research but using the facts I had on
the table. In fact after following all issues surrounding Uganda and its
governance I decided to use a signature of with Yoweri Museveni Uganda is in
anarchy, which I changed by adding in Dr Kiiza Besigye. And I decided to
make it a signatory so that in your illusional nice Uganda you can realize
how black is the future of that country. There is no future of Uganda except
anarchy. And what is anarchy? It is a situation where a state falls into
lawlessness. But we have another very well predicted future and again based
on the facts we have, a civil war. Uganda has nowhere to go except into a
civil war which will end after we have lost at minimum 15 million people.
Uganda is heading into a situation where every Westerner will be defined as
a Munyankole. And that will include my dear friends like Barigye that are
Bakiga. Those like Besigye that are Bahororo, those that are Basongola those
that are Batooro every one is going to be classified as a Munyankole and a
cleanup phase will start. The only time we almost reached this point was
when Lule transferred Oyite Ojoke to some West African embassy when we
almost got a power vacuum in Kampala but we were saved thanks to men like
Oyite Ojoke and Paul Muwanga that had nationalism and decided to nip the
vacuum in the butt. This time around you have killers leading the opposition
and they were the creators of the Movement, you have losers like Dr Kiiza
Besigye that have no firkin clue what leadership is about except sitting in
state house, you have soldiers that Mugisha Muntu that have clearly murdered
Uganda’s in Mukura. Who do you see in Uganda to hold those cards if Museveni
gets a heart attack today? Okay try being a fly on a wall when Janet and
Muhozi and the army leadership are discussing on what to do next. Who did
you raise up? Ssabassajja Mutebi will be long gone and even Katikiro and
Ssemakokiro with his unknown stupid minor so called mother will not have
access to him.

Now you will have a very disorganized Kampala with every one militarily
trained and guns all over the place. I have started to see reports that
actually in Uganda there are more guns outside government control than
inside. If those numbers are true, and if most citizens are militarily
trained either through belonging to a one force or another or through
ChakamuChaka, you are facing akatogo for real. And be of any tribe but never
ever define yourself as a Tutsi, that can become very costly to you and very
fast.

It will be very fascinating to watch from outside of Uganda, so we remain.

Uganda is “at risk of violent instability” come next year (2014), a US
Intelligence threat assessment report has stated.

The report, that is released every four years after the US President is
elected, by the National Intelligence Council, names Uganda among 14 other
countries that risk becoming a failed state, given their potential for
conflict and environmental evils.

The US Intelligence threat assessment report also places Burundi and the
Democratic Republic of Congo as two other countries in the region likely to
suffer in the same manner.

US interests in neighbouring Kenya have also been put on “high alert” as to
a likelihood of attacks for Somali insurgent group, the Al-Shabaab.
Titled “US Intelligence community worldwide threat assessment statement for
the record”, the report was on March 12 presented to the US Senate Select
Committee on Intelligence by the Director of National Intelligence, Mr James
R. Clapper.

Recognising Uganda as one of several “US government security partners in
recent years”, the report attributes its assessment to notable weak
governance and active rebellion in the region.

“Despite gains in peace and security in the past decade, the region endures
the chronic pressures of weak governance, ethnic cleavages, and active rebel
groups. US Government-sponsored modeling suggests that Burundi, Congo
(Kinshasa), and Uganda are all at risk of violent instability during the
next year.” the report states.
However, the government has dismissed the claim of possible instability and
said the report comes short on specifics although it agrees that some
countries in region are prone to instability as pointed in the report.

Government response
Government spokesperson Mary Karooro Okurut said although government is yet
to get the report officially, “it is important that the specifics are well
enumerated so that the government can take the necessary action.”

“Let them give us the report and we shall assess it and do something about,”
Ms Okurut said.

The army political commissar, Col. Felix Kulaigye, said yesterday that the
report is silent on the possible causes of the instabilities.
“Just read the report in its entirety then we can discuss—because the causes
are not well picked out,” he said.

An earlier (2012) intelligence assessment of global trends by a US-based
intelligence council also pinpointed to the fact that Uganda will be at high
risk of becoming a failed state by 2030.
