Fellow Ugandans

I have raised my stand on this dead punk already publicly and it is out
there for everyone to know what I stated about it before it died. But I
need to take a moment to remind Movementists that “systems” are created to
work together. Yes you can have an office so lovely in Kampala, yes you can
live in a lovely secure house in Kampala, yes you can have a pile of money
into any bank account both in and out of Uganda, and yes you can have every
single transportation system you wish for you have all The Pajeros and
Hummers surrounding you. And you can use that accessibility to every thing
you and your family need to refuse to build Uganda infrastructure, for when
you fall sick I will fly to India. When my family gets sick I will fly them
to London let alone South Africa, and yes you can do all these things. And
in so believing you squander the money that should have built a functioning
system in Uganda to be used by the Peazants for you have planned for your
life and family so well.

In so doing you fail to realize that you will collapse in Palisa. The danger
of collapsing in Palisa is that it denies you a right to access your heap of
money in banks, and it denies you a right to be whisked to an equipped
hospital. Very many people collapse and get revived, but the danger is
collapsing in a region or a country with no facilities to revive you, for
now you are holding on time. This Punk failed to realize that as Eastern
Uganda has been suffering and he is driving passing them when he is under
escort, The Gods of Ruhama can decide to recall him from within Palisa and
the best option the punk had was The Butebo Health center. An institution
Malinga had every right to fund finance and build, but simply neglected for
it is for the peasants. It is important to recognize as well that even if
his entourage wanted to drive him out the Ghettoes where he was laying,
Eastern Uganda simply does not have the roads to facilitate that. Had this
punk even only thought of building a road from Eastern Uganda to Kenya
access he would have been driven but that too failed him. Am I surprised?
No for this very same punk was The director of Military Services under Iddi
Amin government, he was sent to UK to buy the facilities to start a military
hospital in Uganda. He arrived in UK and demanded for more money which he
got from Uganda embassy, London, and Stephen Malinga ran away with those
funds to show up after a long disappearance in United States studying. So
the punk has been a thief from get go only that this time around, nature
saved us from Palisa.

We build infrastructures in a country for we all need them at a certain
point of our lives, it is interesting to critical thinkers this side of the
globe if patients of Butebo Health Center even get a hospital blanket on
their bed, and that is the center this punk was recalled from when he was a
full minister of health and a minister of disaster preparedness. And this
was his own region and his own area. But this punk also teaches us a lesson
that Federalism is not a solution to Uganda stupidity, if Ugandans fail to
build the country due to tribes not building the nation, then this punk
would have built Eastern Uganda than dying into Butebo health center which
was like the 1965 Uganda Latrine.

Now I know you are disturbed by my classifying him as a punk, yes Dr Stephen
Malinga was a punk, because when you honestly forget everything he did in
Uganda under Iddi Amin, and you solely focus on a man that came to a Uganda
without Iddi Amin, then you consider what he gained out of stealing the tax
payers money to get educated in United States, This man became a fellow of
American College of Surgeons and specializing in Obstetrics and gynecology,
he was also a fellow of the international college of surgeons, he served as
a consultant at Cook County hospital, Chicago Illinois, he served as
chairperson in department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Jackson Park
Hospital, Chicago Illinoi, he served as a consultant at Ingalls Memorial in
Hervey Illinoi and other places I do not know to going back to Uganda. Are
you telling me that with such a back ground, this Doctor as a minister of
Health in Uganda failed to put a God damn blanket for a patient in the very
clinic he died from? Dr Stephen Malinga was a punk and died as such and so
many Movementists will die as such. And given the rate they are dropping,
trust me one of them is dozing about now to drop.

Dr. Stephen Malinga what will explain to Iddi Amin when he asks you why you
stole the money he handed you to build a Uganda Military Hospital?
