I cannot see NRM buying those uniforms, that is a job of an NGO or some
international organization. My God how can a government fail to buy patients
uniforms but buy prisonerÂ’s uniform? Does that make any sense to you? Have
you ever seen a Uganda patient in a hospital gown? Jails are taken over by
some smart pant so he is now uniforming them and soon he is going to use
them in cheap labor on lands to grow food. Realize that all Uganda jails
have a land to potentially be used for agriculture. And on record this is
the first time Uganda prisoners are uniformed. And that uniform is not Jinja
made which means it is imported and it is clean so it is washed. And you
think NRM pays that? Geez !!!!!
Let us think and reason critically kindly.

I am beginning to think, the reason Uganda's prisoners wear yellow uniforms
is not by coincident. The idea is NRM's plan to make Uganda's convicts
invisible by making them appear as NRM supporters and facilitate mixing with
the crowd unnoticed. It also helps NRM stance globally iin case any external
offcial would want to gain access to asses living conditions in prisons only
to find there are no prisoners and yet the people in yellow in the streets
are infact them and not NRM supporters, The Yellow uniforms can easily be
used by a keen opposition constructively to discredit NRM showing where it
deserves to be - in the prisons.
What dumb oppositions we have up there.
