confusing ugandans.
By the time he finishes with it, ugandans are as confused as a camel
wondering in the
desert. They will forget about "Muhoozi Project", only talking about
promotions and
appointments for the remaining 3 years. By the time they finished talking
about it, the project
is on cause. Poor Ugandans, they cannot stand for their rights. Cry the
beloved Country.

Uganda government is one man's show, it has been and shall always be as long
as the man at the ''top'' remains Kaguta. 'high command'' what high command?
All these titles are created to make the holders feel some form of
superiority over subordinates, but when it comes to decision makings, these
titles do not mean a thing to Mr. Museveni. From selling a piece of land in
AMURU to taxing the Matatus in Kampala, such ''not very important''
decisions are taken at the State House.
How pathetic!!

MUSEVENI RESHUFFLE/PROMOTION FRENZY CONTINUES UNABATED----KAYIHURA TO BECOME
NEW DEFENCE MINISTER.
An impeccabe source has confirmed that Gen Kale Kayihura,the man who has
militarised the Uganda police, is taking over as the new minister of
defence, replacing Crispus Kiyonga, who is moving to the the ministry of
East African affairs, that fell vacant following the death of Eliya
Kategaya.The new inspector general of police wil be the current deputy IGP,
Martin Okoth Ochola.Question is why Museveni is delayiing to announce these
changes, which are already on paper since the High command meeting last
week.
