That is the part I differ from your reasoning, when you list the people that
have killed Ugandans there is no way you can list Dr Kiiza Besigye and you
leave out Dr Paul Kawanga Ssemwogerere, you see Ssemwogerere did not get a
gun in his hands as Kiiza Besigye did but he was what we call an enabler.
There are people that died in Uganda for Ssemwogerere pumped up a government
to look democratic, and if Ssemwogerere saw that Ugandans were dying and he
denounced those governments, lives would have been saved. When you pack
Kiiza Besigye to Hague make sure Ssemwogerere is on board too sir.
We either do this right or dont bother.

FIRST the whole persons who participated in wreaking havoc and GENOCIDE in
Northern and Eastern Uganda have been in frontline of Uganda politics since
they came out of their stints at the Luwero triangle.
YES, I am not forgetting that it was Dr. KIZZA BESIGYE who sent the late
OPOKA under the fork and, or square tongue somewhere in the bush where he
was massacred in the thin air.
WELL, the folks from that inferno world had started giving their votes to
the likes of Dr. SSEMOGERERE Kawanga Paul and later to Dr. KIZZA BESIGYE en
masse.
LATEST, was in 2011 when they started even to reject their own sons in the
names of OLARA Otunnu and MAO Norbert, but they gave their votes to M7,
BESIGYE again en masse!
LASTLY, I think the empty stomachs and poverty is the name and the colours
of those votes!

The Project
To Northerners the sight of General Tinyefuza brings the heebie jeebies.
Some touch their noses as if to ward off a foul bad breath or body odor.
Some have attacks of cold sweatsa post-traumatic syndrome which recalls
when the man locked the North into the dark ages and when perceived leaders
were made to frog-walk, subjected to kangaroo court-whims and put in jail.
So now, when the general made another stir and the power-that-be has yet to
make a public response other than harass letter-carriers, what are we to
make of it?
