Nominations for ICOB leadership positions In compliance with Article V of the Bylaws of the International Community of Banyakigezi (ICOB) we hereby call for nominations for the positions as listed in this notice. Elections to fill the vacancies will be held on Friday July 26, 2013 during the annual Convention in Toronto, Canada (July 26th to 29th, 2013) Article V (D) of the Bylaws of ICOB states that “Each candidate seeking election to any office at a forthcoming meeting shall declare such candidate’s intention to the Secretary no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the commencement of the Corporation’s general meeting. This year’s AGM is to be held on July 26, 2013.
