Uganda does not appoint ambassadors to take care of Ugandans in those
countries if in trouble. Uganda ambassadorial positions are created for two
sectors {a} To give people in different camps a position in government, for
example, how did Joseph Tomusange a pharmacist in UK become a Uganda
diplomat in Canada then Denmark? For he represents the entire Yusuf Kironde
Lule camp, by Movement law Tomusange does not have to do squat for you as a
Ugandan in Denmark, as long as the Lule camp knows it ate, shut up. {b}
Ambassadorial positions are created to have a way we isolate those we feel
can be a threat and we know if we kill them their supporters will yell
bloody murder, we isolate them by posting them abroad. In that class we have
to include those that have women we want to screw but we fear their
husbands, doesnt it strike you odd that Betty Bigombes husband was
transferred from Japan to Germany, but very immediately his wife appointed
to be a Minister of state in prime ministers office in charge of Northern
Uganda reconstruction? What ambassador gets separated from his wife? We can
do this if Museveni wants to screw Betty Bigombe sir. Another good example
is Edith Ssempala, this is a woman that has ran Uganda issues for a very
long time, as an ambassador of Uganda and in World Bank, and yet Ssempala is
actually a Rwandese woman that was dating a Muganda in Sweden called
Ssempala. Museveni wanted to screw her and he appointed her an ambassador to
Washington, where she has moved all over the place representing Uganda.
Again they do not have to do squat for you as Uganda citizen in those
countries. God I am glad to be in this forum who would have educated you to
this level man !!!!!!

embassy officials who sit in these countries as beggars; in Namubiru's case
the embassy official chose to act in personal capacity, recently the Ugandan
embassy in Abu Dhabi was contacted about a Uganda who is unfairly in Jail
and a one Aggrey at the embassy was of no help, recently Chinese business
men were arrested in west Africa on illegal mining and their country was
quick to yell justice. UAE citizens were arrested on terror charges in TZ
and their embassies and home news papers were very busy advocating for their
release. In Kenya when UAE politically connected boy was arrested for a
traffic offence the UAE reacted insanely. When does Uganda stand for its
own?
