If you are following the death of Monteith that happened in Vancouver in his
down town hotel last Saturday, the BC Coroners Service has just released his
report, and the testings show that the actor died of a mixed drug
toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol So Monteith official cause of death
has just been listed as a Heroin and Alcohol overdose.
The actor died at age 31.
