Much of the debts built on this state, that has generated so much money for
all these thieves, has been built by three sectors. {a} Building the
national defense, thus NRA {b} The rehabilitation of power supply in Uganda
and {c} The rehabilitation of water supply in urban centers.
Why do people get water from ponds but why do we still have load shedding?
Because it is that money that pumps up the building of mansions in Uganda.
When Museveni goes out of office, we need to evaluate all these buildings to
understand how un employed people managed to build them, for all critical
thinking elopes with an idea that they should all be nationalized, sold and
we use that money to pay up Uganda debt. The money you looted was borrowed
there is no reason you own a house when our children are paying for it.
If I owned one of those missions I would keep all pay checks that generated
the money to build it for they can easily be required.
