You cannot silence Bwanika for he is not an elected MP, had he been an elected
MP you would advise him then recall him or refuse to elect him on the next
election, with that kind of threat hanging on his face he would pick up the
communication style in no time. And that is the danger of Buganda it is sitting
in to remain sterile, for it is owned by every twerp, every twerp can talk on
its behalf, and every punk and arsonist can talk for it because it is just a
huge communal thing sitting in middle of our country. And to represent it you
get authority from one man that got a chance to be born in a bed sheet which is
not the same bed sheet I was born into. You cannot displine him and you cannot
fire him but you cannot question him why he went to Luwero and killed Baganda
and Ugandans as you cannot question the merits of the deal he made with
Museveni last Saturday. And you cannot question why all this cannot be changed
to reflect the year we live in for Ssalongo Ssenoga is going to call you a very
un informed man for since our grand grandparents were created Buganda culture

to the board of Teefe by Ssabassajja. Oyo mukulu wa ssiga lya ba mbwa
Ssabassajja yeyamuteeka mubank. The man did not even know the meaning of the
word good morning sir, and he is on a firkin board of a bank for Ssabassajja
yagambye.
The Movement has done a whole damage in Uganda but not to affect Uganda that
much as the restoration of the stupid kingdoms. That is the lowest ebb in
our country.

That arrogant talk can not help you move anywhere, that is why people like you
should be sidelined always when sober minds are called into negotiation room,
quite interesting, you are saying in one line that Bulange should stop
Okusabiriza (begging) NRM, and in the next one you are indicating that NRM
government should give Buganda Federal. So why not have it since it is yours,
whom are you asking it from!

Bulange stop (begging) okusabiriza - NRM has no right over Buganda. I will say
it over and over again. NRM found Buganda here irrespective of Uganda history
and NRM will leave Buganda as they found it!
What about Entebbe land title lease which expired years ago, what about
Makindye Barracks and title lease, now that you have Kapeka Barracks return
makindye too - this title expired years ago!
Mbu NRM (colonialist) returned Buganda property – all right. Give baganda
federal system and that is it. The Nubians, Jap and Luo of Kenya have settled
in Buganda for centuries. What a mole out of an ant hill?! Teaching Buganda her
history - it is all wrong. So Buganda has just developed in the last 400 years
- the language, political system, (LC!) culture, science, and appended
technologies - wooow!
Baganda are children indeed.
Moreover, five or six million people willing to giving 1000 UGX quarterly will
amount to five billion that times four times amounts to 20 billion. Otherwise
let Buganda Government take care of its territory. Then we can see what 20
billon amounts to. Many Baganda can mobilise more than a billion dollars – now
this 20 billion.
What will cost Buganda to stop the environmental debacle NRM has turn Buganda
and Lake Victoria to be?!!! 20 billion?!
