No it is not because I always tell you such, it is because I base all my
argument on facts. Few days ago there was a wedding in Uganda of MP Jimmy
Akena where Museveni was invited and the news posted a photograph of The MP
as a jovial MP on a wedding shaking hand with President Museveni. That was
the last time I ever saw the name of the MP in the forums let alone in the
papers going after Uganda government. He has spent much of his adult life
fighting Museveni till when Museveni attended his wedding. Ssabassajja
Mutebi has for a long time pretended to be going after the president, there
was a time when we were informed that he was not talking to the president,
and he was not returning his phone calls. Let record show that last Saturday
August The 3rd 2013, President Yoweri Museveni had a meeting with
Ssabassajja Mutebi, they shook hands and the very same Uganda papers posted
a photograph of a very jovial Ssabassajja Mutebi with a hand shake with the
president. Ggwe Frank you are a smart man to draft a last paragraph of this
posting so I am cutting it off from here sir.
What do you call UAH, an information breast feeding center?
Geez !!!!!!!!

What makes you think that the Kabaka was surprised or angry about the booing
?
Is it because you are always telling us that Kabaka Mutebi is conniving
with
Museveni to mis-rule the Baganda ?

I think you are right. The vampire invited himself thinking that people will
praise him for the 'ebyaffe' gesture.
Did Museveni never think the Baganda can also hate him
the same way he hates them ?

Frank,
The answer is - Mengo had no intention of inviting the 'vampire'
to the party. As you may well be aware, he has been complaining
bitterly that Mengo does invite him to their celebrations. He was
indignant for the Kabaka treating him with contempt by refusing
to answer his phone calls.
With the "Ebyaffe" gesture on part of the dictator, Mengo threw
in a sop in return, - allowing Museveni presence at Mengo. This
took place 24 hours before the celebration.
The Baganda who have had too much of a bad thing were ready
to let the dictator know what they feel about him - do us a favor
and disappear.

Why didn't Mengo or the govt announce before hand that M7 will
be at Lubiri?
Because the crowds will NOT have turned up!!
M7 cannot force Mengo to make the Baganda like him.
Even if the hapless Katikiro makes an apology,
it wont change anything
