Robert Atuhairwe Sir

Why not those that died in Mukula first?

And you see this is where Uganda politics becomes way screwed up for now
this is either hampering to Baganda and Buganda acceptance or it is about
gaining sympathy of the punks that line up just before the coronation. It
simply does not make sense when we lose people all over the God damn place
and we pick only those that died in the riots.

On record we had a Uganda media Consultant and Trainer student called Jimmy
Higenyi. This manor kid as I address them, was never a politician but a
Ugandan that loved to serve his country as a young reporter. In the January
of 2002 Jimmy Higenyi walked to Kampala road to cover a match by UPC party
from Uganda house. Because Uganda government at a time had banned the
gathering under article 269 which banned political gatherings, Uganda Police
came in and started to shoot bullets in Ugandans on Kampala road, and in the
process this young journalist ended up dying of a Uganda Police bullet. It
is important to note here also that among the very many people that have
been killed by Uganda Police and UPDF, The Inspector General of Police then,
Major General Katumba Wamala apologized for Higenyi' s death, Katumba Wamala
also stated that Uganda Police was taking full responsibility of Higenyi' s
death. As by the writing of these details tonight the 6th of August 2013 we
do not have any step that has been taken towards the death of this man.
Uganda Police has not carried out any displinary action to the police
officers that killed him let alone those that were in the barrage of
shooting Ugandans that day.

Robert Atuhairwe what was the value of those killed in Kayunga riots than
Jimmy Higenyi?

Subject: {UAH} HELLO. ANYBODY WHO ATTENDED BURIAL OF KAYUNGA VICTIMS, HELP!

Please, if you were present during the burial of any of the victims of the
Kayunga riots (Sept. 2009) and the Kasubi tomb bust-up (March 2010), please
assist me with any pictures taken. Or first hand accounts of what
transpired. It's for a vital cause. Thank you.
