Mwami Frank Mujabi is not the first person to use this kind of argument on
Buganda issues. This is a very old argument, Buganda belongs to Baganda and
Baganda only. If you are a pregnant Munubbi go to the jungle and have a baby.
Now let us go back into history. Mengo under Mutesa 2nd as Ssabassajja and
Ow’Ekityiibwa Mayanja Nkangi as a Katikiro, set up a 24 hours for Uganda
government to get off Buganda land. To a Muganda, even a central government
does not belong to Buganda land, cannot own offices like State House on Buganda
land, let alone Parliament building and Bank of Uganda on Buganda Land.
Mayimuna if at a time, Ssekabaka Mutesa and Katikiro Nkangi were not speaking
for all Baganda, who actually does?
Due to political instability in Rwanda, many Tutsis immigrated into Uganda
specifically Buganda, they were used as farmers and house boys for many many
years. But Baganda went after them and treated them the worst, Tutsis were
never allowed to eat from the dining table, their food was actually thrown to
them out the door on the ground as Dogs. And why? Because Buganda and all its
facilities belongs to only Baganda. Mayimuna yes Museveni has screwed up our
country, but there is a school of thought out there, that the Tutsis are
screwing up Uganda to get back at Baganda, but destroy them as much as they so
can. For you start by wondering, what government refuses to build health
infrastructure in its country? What government refuses to build roads in the
country? But it is important that I state this too, doesn’t it bother you that
Tutsis targeted Baganda women/girls? 85% of babies born in Buganda today are
fathered by Rwandese. Look in the city you live in, many of Rwandese own
Baganda wives, this is Herzegovina in all colors, you see that means that the
children born today will defend Rwanda or other tribes way more than defending
Buganda. Go back into Luwero during the war, doesn’t it interest you that in
all Western women that were in Luwero, in all Rwandese women that were in
Luwero, in all tribes that were in Luwero, Museveni only humped Getrude Njuba
to have a son?
And all this can easily be implemented as long as you have a king in Mengo that
does not loose either way, look Ssabassajja Mutebi gets more money from
Museveni than from all Baganda combined. Does that explain why he has never
spoken about the Luwero war where many Baganda were killed and he was among
those that killed them? Ssabassajja Mutebi has invested so well, and in many
countries for he knows full well that as soon Museveni leaves power he is out.
And if that was not his agenda, one would expect a Mengo that stands up and
isolate its self from such statements as from Mwami Frank Mujabi. Don’t wait
too long for you will not get that apology. And I opine that had Ssabassajja
Mutebi not been on The Movement side, surely by now he would have made his
stand very clear and he has decided not to.
When you look at regions as Busoga, Northern Uganda Western Uganda, you will
realize that Buganda officially treats them as an underclass. Lekera awo
okwogera nga Omunyarwanda. Ezo empisa za’Kisoga, Obwo obuwugulavu bwabaluulu,
Nzijako akamanyiiro kabanamawanga, Ggwe Pumbavu simanyi ompita Mugweere? And
that specifically targets Northerners. And all these saying are the true
structure that makes Buganda different. Because they are engraved into the
Buganda culture to isolate you a Munubbi from them. And if it is to their
authority you as a Munubbi can never sit on a table and dine with Frank Mujabi’
s kids for they are special for they are Baganda. Now tell me how you can have
a baby in Mulago hospital sitting on Buganda land. Yes they will admit you but
in the process either you or the baby will go and why? Muli banamawanga.
Mayimuna Kenyi In all medical terms wrong prognosis always results into wrong
prescription. Given the above sentence please explain to me why we have failed
to find a solution to Uganda’s problem. Obote is bad as Northerners are, Iddi
Amin is bad as all Banubbi, Museveni is bad as all Westerners, my God why is
all medication not working for this Uganda disease? Because Mayimuna’ s
prognosis that Frank Mujabi is not a belief of Baganda is wrong.
We are pocking wrong tablets into the mouth of Uganda.

This is not Buganda talking, it is a few of the Mujabis who have missed manners
and are very bitter with their lives. Uganda's problem is not Nubians, a fact
that has been proven for the last 30+ years that they were persecuted into
silence but Uganda is still going through great turmoil. Nubians did not
choose to be in East Africa, they were forced to join British forces and ended
up in East Africa(in the mid 1800s - way before there was an entity called
Uganda), a fact that they are reminded by the Mujabis quite frequently. Not
that it matters a great deal. Nubians are a proud people, they live on
principle and take loyalty very seriously. They have, however, learned big
lessons during their 150+ years in East Africa, more so recently in Uganda:
"DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELVES TO BE USED, EVER AGAIN!" This is a mantra that is
repeated in Nubian homes and mosques day in and day out. The children are
taught to be law abiding citizens, and to treat others as they would want to be
treated. The rest of the politics we leave to the Frank Mujabis and George
Okellos of this world. They own Uganda so we will let them sort it all out!
What you stated here is true. Baganda made more money during Amin's govt. than
Banubbi but who paid the price with Amin's exit? You guessed - Nubians. They
do not dwell on any of that though, it has been 30+ years for cryin' out loud!
Like u always say, we're moving on with our pathetic lives.

Thank God for Frank Mujabi’ s openness, you see this answer is what I have
always tried to send out to you that Uganda’s solution is not Federalism,
Ontarians never said this to a Quebecor before Federalism, they had developed
passed this level. They respected themselves and they held a simple basic value
of a right to life to each other. This is not Mujabi talking this is Buganda
talking. Now this what must scare you, even if you remove all non Baganda from
Buganda, the war starts on who authorized this person into Bambejja. They are
like little maggots they feed on everything but stability and development of
the region. The people that made money the most out of Iddi Amin’s government
were actually Baganda than Banubbi. Half of Buganda youths became Moslems, all
money you saw in Bugerere coffee smuggling was done by Baganda and not Banubbi,
Bogoya smuggling was Baganda not Banubbi, the people that were collecting
money for building the Mosque at Kampala square and ended up stealing it daily
were Baganda not Banubbi. Well let us turn to the Acholis, do you know any
Acholi that has made money from Museveni than Opoka did in Tires during Amin?
And yet today Amin was killing and very brutal to Acholis.
People get out of the Federalism slumber, what Ugandans need is a civil war and
Museveni might have just made the right cocktail for them.

Buganda Kingdom has said it will not be party to this year’s Ttabamiruka, an
annual conference organised by the Baganda living in the US and Canada.
The three-day conference scheduled for August 31 to September 2 in Boston, aims
at promoting Ganda culture, traditions and customs as well as identifying ideas
to develop Buganda.
The kingdom’s information minister Mr Denis Walusimbi Ssengendo, told daily
monitor that the organisers of the conference have defied the Kabaka’s orders
to desist from attacking the ruling NRM government. “The people in the Diaspora
are not advised on what is going on here, they have been more confrontational
to the central government and this must stop,” Mr Walusimbi said.
Mr Walusimbi said the confrontation is disastrous since the kingdom embraced
another chapter, after the recently-signed memorandum of understanding with the
central government in which some of the kingdom’s confiscated properties are to
be returned.
The kingdom also accuses the organisers of the conference of refusing officials
from the central government to attend this year’s conference. “Why would they
deny government officials access to the conference, we are all Baganda and
Kabaka’s subjects, we should sit down and talk,” Mr Walusimbi added.
Meanwhile, the kingdom has advised members of the Buganda Caucus to stop
internal bickering over the memorandum of understanding between the kingdom and
the central government. The kingdom’s spokesperson said politicians should
desist from using the kingdom for their personal gains while pretending to be
working for the institution.
