Well whenever Uganda recruits soldiers Rwandese line up, get recruited, and
get promoted to as high ranks as Paul Kagame held. As we speak the leader of
opposition was a Rwandese as the one who leads it today. What is so wrong
with unemployed Ugandans getting recruited into The Rwandese army and
getting promoted? Now that we know they are recruiting. Very soon Ugandans
like your self are going to work with Jean-Baptiste Ndahindurwa to start a
war in Kayonza Kiziguru Gabiro Byumba all way to Ruhengeri so that you are
able to throw The Movement out of power.
Isnt that a fair game? Just asking.

If you are a Ugandan and unemployed, be informed that the government of
Rwanda under an expansion program of its military, is holding a massive
recruitment of soldiers to massively expand its forces. Rather than sitting
in Uganda unemployed head out to Rwanda and get recruited, this is a very
perfect chance if you are already militarily trained. Head down and get some
money.
If you know any Ugandan interested in military service send him/her to
Rwanda.
