When you look very closely at my debate on Uganda issues, I have decided
this year to target every puddle that lifts it head aiming at removing
Museveni. And for a very good reason, every single individual or
organization that lifts its head to remove Museveni is not building a case
to how we need to create a government change in Uganda, but how we need to
remove Museveni from power. Now when you critically look at them and all of
them, they are past Movementists. We are actually running into circles of
Museveni, Dr Kiiza Besigye, General Mugisha Muntu, Tinyefunza, Betty Kamya,
Dr. Kashambuzi and very shortly Janet Museveni and Muhoozi. All this is
built on what Museveni started way back on sitting in a peace talk in
Nairobi. Ugandans figured out that when you make political noise about
Uganda you matter for you own a mantra of removing a president from power,
and the population you are singing that mantra to, is not at minimum
intelligent enough to question your policy. The discussion about Ugandas
future is solely limited to we must remove Museveni from power. Tell me
this, can you actually educate me on the difference between Dr Kiiza Besigye
and Gen. Mugisha Muntu s policy? They both have travelled and addressed
Ugandans in diaspora, but can you tell me the changes that occurred in FDC
since Besigye left and Mugisha Muntu took over? So why did we even bother to
get a leadership change to start with? Dr Kiiza Besigye actually wanted
leadership change so bad that he started to threaten Ugandans of how we will
never get a change unless we all unite under one political party and it must
be FDC and under his leadership. Are you kidding me !!!!!! Has FDC thought
about uniting under the leadership of Olara Otunnu under UPC? It is a party
that has lead Uganda before, it has a poor leadership but it owns a
political policy? Why only FDC can do it a party that has never won an
election and has no political policy? One can ask.
As the Movement continues to be in power, the population builds up noise and
in exchange prepares its self to hold a seat at Musevenis or replacement
table of national dialogue. Even if Museveni leaves office still the next
government is not going to cut down on the noise without sitting on a table
with everybody, so this is the time for Betty Kamya to make noise to be
recognized that she exist, for Dr. Kashambuzi to make noise that he exist,
for Gen Mugisha Muntu to make noise that he exists, to Nabagereka taking
photographs with Museveni that she also exists. All these small entities are
targeting only one thing, a seat on a table when that meeting is called for.
And it is not only political parties that are lining up themselves, so are
organizations. In very many postings I have gone after UNAA and its noise,
because UNAA has only one use, to strategically position its self as a voice
of Ugandans in diaspora to The Movement, but the Movement also uses UNAA to
follow study and stop Ugandans that make noise against it, but to make and
sell its case to powerful Senators thus to The American administration. And
it is a very good investment for although The Movement thrown some little
money to UNAA, the monetary return Uganda government gets out of UNAA is
massive. But trust me if there is any need of sitting on a table to discuss
the peace plan for Uganda, UNAA has a guaranteed sit at that table.
But it is not only UNAA that has strategically positioned its self to such
an endeavor, the market of representing Ugandans in diaspora has also
expanded to include Abaganda through Tabamiruka. For you wonder, why is
Tabamiruka travelling into cities outside Uganda if not to get a support of
Ugandans in diaspora thus splitting the cake of UNAA? If Buganda Kingdom was
reinstated and it is running inside Uganda why is it of a greater value for
Tabamiruka in these cities? If The Kingdom is of that value to you,
shouldnt you create these conferences inside Buganda than in United States?
Hey how about creating Tabamiruka on an annual basis inside Buganda and it
gets opened up by Ssabassajja or Nabagereka? We all as Baganda fly into
Buganda with massive plans of changing our region, how about that? This is
what we promised last year this is what we have archived and this is where
we have failed but this is where we will improve. We can actually even
gather into one city in North America get one air bus to a European city,
pick up the Ugandans in Europe and we fly to Entebbe at a cost of 500
dollars apiece minimum. Do you know why we can never do that? Because
Tabamiruka is not about Uganda thus Buganda it is about a fight against UNAA
to have a share on the Ugandans in diaspora. And then we start to see the
fights of UNAA is sitting in this city but Tabamiruka is also sitting in
another city. Just a true in your face attitude at each other.
But it is not only Tabamiruka that is building its base in Ugandans in
diaspora, of late we have concocted up what is called A Buganda Land Board
Now seriously educate me of the value of establishing Buganda land board,
and what that establishment has to do with travelling abroad. Yup they are
in UK from 14th to 29th September and are addressing Ugandans in 10
different UK locations thus flying back to Uganda on The 30th of September.
Now here me out, there is no single massive problem we have in Uganda than
land and its allocation, through these small demarcations we have wasted our
land in a country where income is sadly still tied to land ownership. We
need to strive and very fast to review our land laws in Uganda and the best
bet we have is to hand all Uganda land to the city councils that must have
elected councilors to decide how best we can revitalize it. But here is the
best part, as much as this Buganda land board is tied into Kampala, much of
the land of Buganda has been taken massively and mostly by non-Ugandans. The
Boers of South Africa have been allocated massive lands in Ssingo and
Mubende, Paul Kagame the president of Rwanda has massive lands, Salim Saleh
is holding huge acreage and the list of so many other Rwandese. What exactly
are the powers of The Buganda Land Board and how does it operate differently
from Uganda government? When Museveni allocated a Kampala acreage to Mukwano
industries can The Buganda Land Board deny that acquisition? So how does an
organization that is such powerless and useless to a point that we need to
tear it apart and rewrite the entire laws governing the land in Uganda, also
get authority to establish its self but travel abroad to address Ugandans?
And it is addressing Ugandans that massively to what end? To educate EM who
is in diaspora on how his land in Buganda must be vitalized or how to
acquire one? Think about this. And who is funding this trip? Is it funded by
Mengo? To what end? But how do you explain then how Mengo or any one with
greater interest into Buganda this huge, can find money to fund Tabamiruka
and Buganda Land Board trips but fail to reconstruct and maintain Amasiro
that has become a mockery to all of us as Baganda, to be on a UNESCO
welfare list. No the creation of Buganda Land Board is to take a piece off
Tabamiruka which is taking a piece off UNAA which is taking a piece off
Ugandans in diaspora. There is no way you will sit a peace joke in Uganda
and you do not get a chair for all these organizations for they are of great
importance they all own a piece of Ugandans in diaspora. And many are going
to be created, including those as Acholi and Lango organizations I have not
yet listed. Abakiga too need a chair for Johnson Mujungu to sit in. Geez
!!!!!!!!
Is this stupidity only limited to Uganda? No we have started to see it as
well in The Democratic Republic of Congo, as millions are dying in Eastern
DRC, there are now 11 armed groups that have self-organized themselves under
a single umbrella of " The supreme council of self-defense armed groups in
eastern DR Congo" and are all demanding inclusion in disarmament dialogue,
and with a specific threat
..the issue of insecurity in the central
African country cannot be resolved without their involvement. End quote.
So these are people with guns that have killed fellow Congolese and are
stating publicly that without their involvement do not even think about a
peaceful solution in their own country. Do these organizations really have
plan for the future of DRC? No they simply dont but they have positioned
themselves to have a sit on the table with The Congolese government. It is
to find how you can get to share on that national cake any day and any time
it is on a table to be shared. What is so funny is that this disease started
by eating African opposition which always ends up joining the government, as
in Kenya and Zimbabwe, soon FDC is going to join a coalition government
where General Mugisha Muntu and Dr Kiiza Besigye will be handed ministerial
positions, and probably Olara Otunnu an ambassadorial position, then at that
point is where Abbey Ssemuwemba will propose that UNAA Tabamiruka UAH and
Buganda Land Board all get a ministerial position in a new government.
The Mustard seed Museveni planted by creating a peace jokes in Nairobi has
grown into such a massive tree, you simply have no clue !!!!!!!
