There is an information coming out of Ottawa that the locomotive in this
accident, was involved in an accident with a trailer in 2011, it got
repaired and repainted, what does this mean and what should be done to it?
Should it again be put back on line to run or this should send it to
retirement?
May be the locomotive itself, is trying to tell us something we are not
picking up !!!!!
