A Party president who did not even vote for himself? People @ UN say he is
even Homo. Otunu was brilliant at the Commission on the Status of Women at
New York but he is just a comedian in the political demography of Uganda. I
understand the politics of Uganda than someone who has been
working"Commission on the Status of Women at New York" and not forgetting
one who was away for more than 15 years away from his home land.
If Olara Otunnu is not a joker, why invite leaders of the party at
grassroots to a non-existent conference? And sometimes we overrate people...
what political achievement does this man have? I mean, for the people...
this is a man who was holed in the West and didn't step in his homeland when
there was a war! And I hear Undersecretary for children affairs! What a joke
There's no doubt about his academic excellence... but unfortunately that's
all. It's sad that such academic brilliance couldn't be translated to
meaningful professional practice. He was Uganda's permanent representative
at the UN but what did he achieve for Uganda? He was Undersecretary for
children in armed conflicts and indeed during the war in his homeland
children were involved... so what did he do for them? I wonder what got into
the minds of UPC members when they were electing such a fella as their
leader.
Olara Otunnu was here when Museveni sprang up, in fact OO participated in
the process that put M7 where he is.
